Penfolds did an excellent job. It was completed in a timely manner and cleanup afterwards was great ...you would not have known that they were there ...not a crumb of debris was left behind.

Would most definitely use. Penfolds again or recommend them . The crew that did our roof was very concerned about safety for everyone in the area of the worksite. They even checked my neighbour's driveway for nails and debris.

Pretty nice when you can go out of town for 2 weeks and come home to a new roof! Work site was spotless and the neighbors told me the crew were considerate and friendly.

We were in need of a new roof and decided, after speaking to someone at the PNE display, to contact Penfolds. From start to finish the customer service was above and beyond. When we had a small issue after installation there was a response immediately to our email. Michael has been a great help and works very hard to make sure the customer is satisfied. The roof is awesome and the service is better than any other we have had. We are already recommending them to our friends.

We had a large leak during a wind storm, the wind had actually blown the air vent completely off the roof, leaving a 12X12 hole
allowing the rain to pour in. Within hours Penfolds had a man patch the roof. A couple of weeks later they installed a completely new roof and did a superb cleanup of the property, all within two days. We were impressed, and so were a number of neighbours. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone thinking it was time for a new roof.

About four years ago I had Penfolds replace my asphalt shingle roof and I was very happy with them, but that's not why I'm writing.

During a recent windstorm my parents' (who are in their 70's) had their roof significantly damaged. I received a call from my Dad, who was exasperated and didn't know where to turn or exactly what to do. Remembering how happy I was with my roof replacement, I told him that I would get a hold of someone at Penfolds and reassured him that it was going to be alright. I phoned Penfolds and asked to have someone onsite at my parents' house as soon as possible.

A few hours later I got a call from my Dad saying that a Technical Rep from Penfolds called Michael was onsite to discuss the damage and he was currently walking around helping to pick up branches in the yard. My Dad was very impressed with how reassuring Michael was and that he seemed to truly empathize with their situation.

Later that same day someone was again onsite to tarp the damaged roof and a few days later a crew was replacing the roof (which had been irreparably damaged). The work was great, the speed with which the repairs occurred was great, but far and away the best thing about the whole experience was the personal service and humanity displayed by everyone at Penfolds dealing with a couple of senior citizens who were in a tough situation.

I have recommended them on a number of occasions and I will certainly do so again.

Great service and great quality. The job was done quickly and efficiently. They got the roof done in 1 day and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. It couldn't have gone any better.

From start to finish Michael (my Technical Advisor) kept me informed. It felt like it was too large a large project (removal of Spanish tile, sheathing the entire roof, gutters, downspouts) but the quote and the sense of confidence I felt with Michael made the decision to use Penfold's an easy one. The work was done so efficiently that I was impressed with each step in the process. A little "oops" happened and it was dealt with quickly and with apologies the very next morning. I am extremely happy with Penfolds and have already recommended them to others who are considering getting their roof done.
