Not only did Mike provide me with great product knowledge and service, he installed my door without leaving me with any mess to clean up after. He knows his product! First Ontario Screen Systems knew I was in a hurry for the screens and bumped up my installation two weeks! The day of installation,Mike, actually came a liitel bit early to get started. He explained how long it would take and it conflicted with an appointment I already had. Mike installed the 3 screens (one on a Juliet balcony) in record time, perfectly and cleaned up afterward. Fantastic work - much appreciated Mike! I got to my appointment :)

Mark Gordon arrived on time, and installed the screen in about 45 minutes. He was professional and informative. He explained fully how to operate and maintain the door. I would highly recommend Phantom.

We recently had our second screen installed by Scott. He was punctual, courteous and very efficient with the installation. Also was very clear on the maintenance to avoid future service calls. We are very happy with our doors and service provided. We highly recommend this company.
