Mike Campbell, the installer, was cheerful, quick, efficient, courteous, and professional throughout the entire installation process. He was early for the appointment, patiently waited until another installer finished up, thoroughly answered any questions, and expertly demonstrated the use and care of the door. I was especially impressed that Mike swept up the concrete dust from drilling and took all garbage away with him!

Having the double door screen installed was a pleasent experience. Installer Michael Campbell was coureous, pleasent, & professional in all aspects of installing and showing the capabilities of how the door works.

Mike came to our condo to install a Phantom Screen on our balony door. He arrived at the arranged time and set right to work. In less than one hour he had the screen installed, showed us how to clean and lubricate the track. He checked our older screen to ensure that it was working properly, cleaned up the job site. completed the paper work and asked if we were satisfied with the job or had any questions. We assured him that we were very happy and upon leaving he thanked us.

From the start, we had an excellent experience with this folks at this business. The sales person who came to our house was courteous and helpful alongwith Mike, who installed our door yesterday. Mike was extremely professional and informative. We are loving our new screen front door... Thanks!

Mike was very professional and thorough. Although Mike was running only a little behind schedule, he took the time to call us and notify us that he was a little late and gave us an approximate time when he would be arriving to ensure that this was convenient to us. Once on the site, Mike work diligently to ensure that he completed the tasks at hand in a timely yet professional manner. Although he had yet another site to go to before heading home for the day, Mike took the time to explain the operation of the product thoroughly including, routine maintenance, service calls and warranty. The installation went very smoothly and Mike was sure to tidy up the work areas to the point that had he been at our home when we were not home I am not sure that we would have known immediately that he had been here.
