After looking for months to find a quality built stair case and railing for my home I came accros Platinum Stairs. I was very pleased with the price and quality, installation and after service follow up. This stair case was hand crafted and designed onsite. One of the more compliacted stairs to manufacture. Many of the competitors seem to price it out of the ball park just so I didn't do business with them. Finally Platinum Stairs with their old school methods managed to deliver a magnificent product that stands out as a work of art. I continue to get outstanding compliments from friends and family for the quality of workmanship. This staircase has transformed my house as one of the major focal points. We had a great experience with Platinum Stairs from start to finish! They were very accommodating and helpful, meeting with us to help us in the process of choosing the best material and style for the look we were hoping to achieve. They delivered and installed on time even though I gave them fairly short notice. We are now working with them on the supply and install of a railing.....Will update you on how it turns out!

Excellent customer service and excellent finished product. They took the time to explain my wood options (oak, maple, cherry) and brought me beautiful sample railings.

Hired this company to install stairs in my home- they did a great job- and so extended the work to do a railing in my home: not so good. Its a safety hazzard and very insecure: tried arranging a follow-up visit with the company to have them come back and suggest a repair- but they kept putting me off. Too bad, they've got great skilled trade people- but bad follow up. Cant recommend!!
