Kevin had his crew install a furnace for my new home in Toronto. Best quoted price. They didn’t rush the job and taught me how to maintain my furnace. Great company.

Kevin has his crew install a furnace and AC in my home. He came by and explained everything during the sales visit. This company provides a lot of value added services during their install.  They changed all the attached ductwork and provided new custom fittings, spent 2 hours calibrating the furnace, and left my house without anything to clean. They even organized the rebates. I highly recommend quality.

One morning, on one of the hot days of late August, our old AC finally decided to retire after 20+ years of dedicated service. Keeping cool as possible, what is quite hard on 30+ degree C , we called few companies to give use quotes for both AC and furnace as we knew that our furnace is getting close to retirement as well.
Kevin came to give us an estimate, explaining all details and answered all our questions in the professional and friendly manner. David, his dad, came next day evening to perform pre-installation inspection and explained to us all technical details related to upcoming installation.
Within four days we had AC and new furnace installed!! We were extremely happy with the team and installers as well! They took extreme care and made sure that house remained clean and not damaged at all. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who would be needing such services. Great people, excellent workmanship and very competitive prices.

I called to have the furnace and AC replaced in my parents home. I had three companies give me quotes. Kevin came by and was the only one who actually inspected the existing units before giving me his quote. He suggested we not change the air conditioner as it seemed to be running strong and there would be little benefit to upgrading it. He quoted me for a furnace replacement and spent so much time explaining everything and answering our questions. Quality arranged a pre and post inspection of the installation after the sale and even organized for an audit that gave us $1250 in rebates. I'm very happy and feel taken care of with this company. I highly recommend them.

These guys were great from the get go. David came to give us an estimate and was very patient and answered any questions we had. Which there were quite a few lol. Kevin his son who handled the financial aspect was also amazing and took care of everything from that end and was also very helpful through the process and always available if I had a questions or concern. The installers were nice guys very polite and did great work.

Our furnace was leaking (turns out that it was the air conditioning unit located above the furnace), and we needed someone to take a look. We called Quality Home Comfort on Saturday morning and they were able to come later that day. They came when they said they would, fixed the problem, and didn't charge all that much, so I have nothing to complain about. We'll be calling them again next time with future furnace/AC issues!

Customer service is prompt wether on the phone or by email . I had an Ac installed in my house. Service men were very knowledgable. They educate the consumer. Would definitely recommend.
