Rcc is a very good company..Den and Ray's crew were very knowledgeable and transparent with me. Things I didn't understand, they explained. Ray and the crew did a clean job and left my house clean..They explained everything they were doing. Den was very help during the whole process. Rcc is the way to go.

This company has followed through on my concerns. When we still had an issue after some initial work done, Mauro came back and suggested a number of things including extra checks they could do to ensure our satisfaction. When there was a misunderstanding about an aspect of the job, the crew (Kiddy and the guys) stayed late to correct things to ensure my satisfaction. No complaints and very professional overall. So far so good, no water problems since!

I have had a flooding in my basement every time it rains for the past year but was too busy and too scared of the cost to even fix it. Finally i got recommended RCC to come and check it out and they did not disappoint. Den and Rogers crew did a great job in fixing, workmanship and communications and didnt break bank either. It was a pleasure to deal with RCC Waterproofing. Jamie showed up on time to estimate the size of the project and answer my questions about the best way to deal with the leak in my basement's wall. The working team (the foreman's name is Mario, I believe) did it's job quickly and effectively. The leak is fixed, no overcharges, no unexpected upselling, the price was right. We had a leak in our finished basement and were recommended to RCC Waterproofing by a friend who had a similar problem 20 years ago. Daniel the waterproofing consultant came out to assess the area. We were impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and expertise that we didnt bother to get a second opinion or quote.
We started with getting the remediation team, George and Michael to remove the drywall, insulation, baseboards, flooring and treating the wet and moldy areas. They both did an outstanding job! The demolition, remediation and clean up was very well done.
Once we saw where the water was seeping through, in consultation with Daniel, we decided to go the injection route from the inside to repairs the cracks in the foundation.
Chris came out to do the injections on the back wall. We were impressed with his workmanship. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and went over and beyond to remediate the problem areas.
We were very happy with the entire team that worked with us at RCC Waterproofing. All of our questions and concerns were answered in detail and promptly. The whole team made this a stress free experience for us. We would highly recommend RCC Waterproofing.
