when i need to build some shelving in my garage, the folks at Rona where helpful in helping me choose the right wood products and cutting it down to size. as well they were great with making sure that when i loaded the stuff into my suv that it was all properly secured for the drive home

I am not sure if this is the correct location. If it is located near St.Clair Ave, then let me be the first to tell you that the have the best customer service. A employee by the name of Ralph is extremely helpful in walking me through my purchase. He takes his time and is extremely thorough. Look for Ralph and you will be happy you did :)

I purchased a Velux sunlight for the roofing contractor to install when redoing our roof.
The roofer recommended not installing as the unit would be too close to the roof valleys resulting in a leak hazard.

Even though the unit had been opened and ready for installation Rona made it easy to return.

I went out and bought a hose adapter at RONA Home and Garden. They were very friendly and helped me find the perfect attachment for my hose. I was pleased with the result.
