Lester came in on a service call we thought to be a blocked drain - took video footage and found out we needed to snake the drain to remove the blockage. He worked very quickly and got us in and running in no time . He was very polite and respectful when he was on site . All outside contractor policies were followed by Lester .

You wouldn't think there was ever a dig of that magnitude. We haven't had a problem since and are extremely pleased. It has been almost 5 years since the job was completed and have had peace of mind since. We respect the fact that the company guaranteed the work and the work has lived up to the promise. The Rooter Group dug up and replaced the drain to our house. They arrived promptly, did a thorough job and followed up to make sure there were no issues with the work. The quality of their work is top knotch! We have since used them for all plumbing work that has come up and are very happy with the work they do.
