Sandy's customer service ends once the sales transaction is done and they have your money. Their delivery service is not accommodating -deliver when suits their schedule and won't provide time frame until day of delivery so very difficultto plan for working people. Item was not what was purchased - cheap immitation 6 drawer melamine for a 9drawer wood dresser. Very poorly put together- drawers don't close. They claim didn't know supplier changed design. Very unaccommodating for return _ delivery people are too busy to pick up for return obviously a low priority for them since they have my money. I had to pay upfront but they can delay the refund with "we're too busy to pick up." Alsol manager promised owner would phone today to discuss refund.. its after six pm and still no call, just as reliable as the service has been so don't know why i would be surprised.

I purchased 2 custom couches, one a love seat, the other a three seater, leather by natuzzi. Price was great compared to other furniture places that carry the same brand. The leather is of the highest quality. They look great. They were truthful with how long it would take to have them ordered and when they would arrive.

The in store visit seemed to go well. Sales person wasn't pushy. After purchase things went down hill. The delivery time changed three times on the day of delivery making me have to wait all day and they still were late. Pieces of our dining room set were missing entierly. Phone calls and messages were not returned. It took a visit to the store again to get them to get the right products re ordered. We were not called when our back ordered furniture came in. We ordered our dining room and living room furniture in sept 2010 and it is april 2011 and we still do not have all our pieces, and we are still having to play phone tag with the store. The in store service is highly deceiving. Once you have paid for your furniture they no longer care to serve you respectfully. I recomend people to shop elsewhere.

We purchased our new bedroom furniture from Sandys this month, it has just been delivered and we are delighted with it!. The sales experience was painless, no high pressure sales pitches. The delivery was awesome, so worth the small delivery fee as they put it all together for us which saved us a lot of time and arguments as DIY is not our forte!!

We bought a beautiful Italsofa from Sandy's and we love it. It is extremely comfortable and seats out entire family. The service at the store was good and the selection was excellent.

Both my husband and I are return customers to Sandy's furniture. They feature high quality furniture at reasonable prices. I recently took my mother-in-law shopping and we ended up purchasing at Sandy's again (without my prompting as she also liked their furniture) because they had the best prices for the same quality products. The delivery service is exceptional and it helps that the setup/building of the furniture (i.e. bunkbed) is included in the delivery costs!! We don't need to build anything ourselves which is wonderful as we are not DIY people.

No pressure salesman (Claude), gave advice and drifted away so we could talk, and came back occasionally to check-in. Delivery was ontime, knowledgeable and courteous. Follow-up maintenance came with same excellent service. Store has a good range of product. Recommend highly.

2 months ago my wife and I bought some bedroom furniture for $3500. Initial delivery was very fast but two pieces of the four had deficiencies in the finish and the way the drawers opened and closed. They brought replacements to our home but they were scratched and damaged. The customer service rep (Sammy Jo) made some promises to us over the two months and as recent as two weeks ago but we haven't heard from her nor have we been able to get in contact with her on the phone and our voice mails have gone unanswered. The salesman says he can't help because he's in 'sales' and not 'customer service'. Very different experience from 15 years ago when we first went there. Currently, I cannot recommend Sandy's to anyone.

We ordered a leather armchair from Sandy's. They did not have the one we wanted in stock so it had to be ordered from Italy. They told us it would be six months but we ended up getting the chair in only 2 months. They gave us free delivery and showed up exactly on time

Sandy's Furniture features high quality and top of the line leather sofas. Customer service is excellent and provides credit facility to customers. The store is very spacious and well laid out.
