We purchased pendant lighting, 2 floor lamps (1 for living room + 1 for study), and 4 table lamps (2 for living + 2 for bedroom), totaling close to $800.

With the exception of 1 table lamp that all of a sudden stopped working, everything else has been working very well! We called the store re: the broken lamp and there was no hassle; they provided us with a floor model while they ordered a new one.

Very pleased with the purchases! The sales people were very professional and non-pushy which was much appreciated.

Absoultly no service. Had to wait till assistant manger finished her break in order to get some sort of clear response to my interogations. After purchasing close to $1300.00 my wife needed to use a washroom but structube policy is no customer are allowed to use thier washrooms (Unreal). When asked if they could delever the product bought at a store location closer to our home since they charge extra for delevary, we where told that they do not do this as it messes their inventory. Bottom line a much needed course in customer relation would help. Unless the companies overall attitude reflexes your staff's which seem to not care... In the future I will be looking else where for my furniture needs, a place where service is part of the mission.

They don't help me to deliver the product to my car. They just gave me a cart and do it by yourself. And I have to return back a cart by myself.

This company sells you garbage products. Couches do not last more than 2 years they have removable covers that you cannot clean or replace! Isn't that stupid? I would not recommend buying their products. Avoid at all costs!

Bought coffee table, side table and dining table with 4 chairs. Wonderful furniture for amazing prices. Unique and good quality. Excellent service as well. Store is well maintained and catalogues are always up to date. Staff is very helpful in answering questions. All in all, a great experience shopping at Structube.
