I used Concord Group for my bathroom reno the crew were super fast, they prepped everything and were always cleaning their mess.

Mina on reception and her team were very understanding of my tenant's changing access permissions. Once the team arrived they were professional, very detailed and their work on the bathroom made it shine like new. I would use this company again.

The workers that came were very friendly and professional. They completed the work in a timely manner and did excellent work. I will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends. Also the price was quite reasonable.

Had mould growing in my cold celar and didn’t know what to do. We called so many places and no one could help. We called concord group and with in 24 hours they came fixed the problem and very satisfied with the job. 2 guys 3 hours very professional guys. Full hassmat equipment. Before and after pics.

My husband and I met two guys that attended my home from this company. I asked them if they were here to remove mould. They said no,no,no we are not the mould guys. We are just here to cut the drywall. They cut a piece of drywall 13" by 12" and looked into the hole and said there was no mould. One of them called someone (I assume Paul, the owner). Every time I call Paul answers the phone. They told him there is no mould. Then they left. This company then sends me an invoice for all the work they did totalling over $2,000. I emailed them telling them this was incorrect and that they did not treat mould as there was none and to bill me for the drywall cut. They then send me an invoice in excess of $700.00 with a list of work done...hmmmm. I do not recommend them. Oh and the woman that send the invoices do not have a phone number to talk with.

Over the top pricing for a few days of work!! Good work but I found out later it’s supposed to be a lot less expensive!!! $8,100 plus Hst to replace kitec plumbing and fixing up the walls in a 2 bed + den condo! I was under the impression that the entire plumbing system must be changes and that’s why it’s so expensive, then I found out it was only some pipes which took 1 day to replace!

Worst service I've ever seen out of a professional organization. Basically they did not follow any of the Asbestos abatement removal procedures during the removal in my house. The entire house became contaminated. I had to tell them to clean the house but they only cleaned a portion of the bedroom. Entire house was left contaminated. I had to clean it myself. They refused to admit they did anything wrong and still had the nerve to ask for full payment.

They will harass you for months to secure the job, make all kinds of promises, fast talking supervisors who will never show up but will call you to help the sales pitch or to over talk you and tell you they did nothing wrong.

I would never recommend them to anyone. I have lots of pictures and more information if anyone would like to know more.

We decided to complete the finishing of our basement this year. We purchased our home new from the builder 11 years ago.
We got 5 quotes and it included large basement renovators in the GTA. Most quotes were close in pricing including Concord but Concord offered the best design concept, detailed quote, and value added features that were not offered or priced extra with the others.
Paul was the first to reach out to me and was very friendly, knowledgeable and paid attention to all our concerns and needs. Tracy did a great job with the design and 3D drawings. Gerard and Alan the supervisor and project manager were also great to work with. Alan was very knowledgeable and provided great ideas and options to the entire project. The project finishing is of top notch quality and I did not have to tell them to fix anything. I could not find any issues!
Project was planned for 4-5 weeks but everything was completed in 3 weeks including custom cabinets.
We are very happy we chose Concord and will definitely use them again for other renovation projects within the house. We will also highly recommend them to family and friends.
