It is such a pity that this client has forgotten some facts. Let's provide some explanations for the sake of transparency for our kind visitors.
Firstly,
The client has forgotten that he had ordered the double pane and both sides white color windows. This is completely clear on the signed contract in Dec 2021 which is attached.
Secondly,
They were renovating the whole house on Dec 2021, walls and floors and all other things. He was informed very clearly that we do not do constructions and his contractor has to finish all the walls then we can install the windows. On Feb 2022, we were ready for window installation on time, but the walls were still not ready. He asked us to install the windows without interior finishing and as per his request we installed the windows on Feb 2022. We came back some weeks later to install the door and finish interior windows finishing but the walls were not ready again. Finally, after four months we agreed to supply the interior casing of windows and gave him a $200 discount. We already supplied the windows casing, and he was paid on Aug2022, and we closed the job.
As the picture shows, the walls are not completed yet after 10 months of windows and door installation. He asked us for more discounts two weeks ago, which was absurd, and when we did not accept his request, we received this review! All the documents, emails and pictures are present in his file and some of them are sent to Home stars for transparency for our kind visitors. I think our visitors will be able to clearly see the truth.
Although these kinds of platforms are great for transparency to help people make better decisions, they could be misleading if someone wants to use such platforms to misguide people and damage.
