Brought our laptop to Tech Squad, and dropped it off was told the possible problem with it and that they would check it out and let me know, 2 weeks went by and i still hadn't heard anything from the company, the pc repair took along time, weather it was due to increased customers and it was just a busy week, or they weren't interested in looking at the pc. i may not go here again just to avoid the long wait

Sorry for the late response. We will be monitoring this site very regularly in the future. If you can e-mail customercare@techsquad.ca we will see if there is anything we can do for you in the future even though this was almost 3 years ago.
