We were looking to renovate our front porch and back yard lawn with a nicely designed concrete work. We’ve reached Patterned Concrete from google search. After we’ve booked the appointment, they responded us very quickly. Tom from Patterned Concrete talked with us face to face about what’s our idea and what they can do to help. The conversation was very informative. He also told us the procedure and schedule to follow to complete the work, including invitation to the design center to check the layout design, selecting materials etc., very professional. Then, they send a guy to us to measure our front and back yard size and prepared their layout designs in AutoCAD. We’ve checked the design and confirmed the one that we like at their design center. The guy at the design center also helped us to choose materials and colours, he is very nice. Patterned Concrete does the concrete work on a rotating schedule, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington.... The best part of this schedule is that I don’t need to wait at the end of the waiting list. If they just happen to work in your city the next week, you can directly jump in. We were in luck to get the work started the next week after confirmation. Excavation, framing, pouring concrete, styling, their workers work very diligently and professional. Sometimes the work started in the early morning. After the work they also did cleaning, so that the street and our neighbourhood were not messed up. Susy from Patterned Concrete guided us and communicated with us all the time from the appointment to the completion. Everytime we had some questions or concerns regarding the work, we asked her and she was very responsive and answered quickly. The labour work was completed within 2 weeks and the whole concrete work was completed within 3 weeks. We love the layout and styling, it's been done exactly like we've planed. Now we are enjoying the new front and back yard. Our neighbourhood also visit our place asking who did the nice job. I'm very satisfied with their work so far and would definitely recommend my friends to use their services in the future. The only thing to be improved is that after the work was completed, there were still many construction nails left over in the pocket. They should be removed.

Great service from the design process to the excavation and forming installation. The cement work was done along with the edging and touch ups and the final sealing of the concrete. Happy with the end product and would have no problem referring Pattern concrete or using again for my own future projects. scheduling for the different steps of the project were always given in advance.

Outstanding workmanship and service. This company has it all figured out. All of the staff are professional and friendly. Most of the workers have been working at Patterned Concrete for more than 7 years which translates into experience. They send you emails so you know when the next crew will be arriving and are easy to reach if you have any questions. 10 out of 10!!!

Suzy and the guys from patterned concrete were professional and kept us well informed of every stage of the work. They kept the site clean and I am very pleased with the final product.

Removed existing walkways and driveway. Provided new walkways, driveway and a new patio for the sunroom - all done with a newly available colour in patterned concrete. Even with poor weather conditions, the work was quick. The finished product is gorgeous. Friendly staff that are always responsive to emails and calls.

Patterned Concrete in an excellent firm. From sales, through planning and construction, Suzy keeps you informed of progress and next steps. There was only one issue during construction and Dino saw to it that the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. The project has changed the look of our house, and also a number of dog-walkers that have stopped to tell us how great it looks. Thanks PC!
