Shaw Renovation & Construction

This is the second job we have given to Shaw--the first was a re-roofing last summer. We were pleased then, but the fence they just did for us we are super happy with. In all honesty their price wasn't the lowest; however, I did site visits to two of the references for the other companies who bid on our job and viewed their work, but didn't like it. I gave the job to Shaw and am very happy. Solid, hard workers; these two guys worked steady and had it done on time. The end product is great. Staff were professional, cleaned up and no corners were cut. These guys knew what they were doing. Simon (the Ops Manager) is a gem. Highly recommend.

I was pleased with the service . It began with a prompt call to us a requested for a quote to replace shingles on our roof. The next day we had our quote. The quote was the best we had and most importantly the work was done by a well qualified and experienced team. They worked very hard despite the exceptionally warm temperatures . The company provides a 10 warranty on their workmanship as well.

I have had Shaw Renovations build a garage, fence, put facia around my windows and replace my shingles. This company is truly reliable and they guarantee their work. They are prompt, professional, friendly, neat, and always ensure you are satisfied with the work completed.

From the estimate, to the delivery of the shingles, to the removal of the old shingles, to the installation of the new shingles to the follow-up after installation, Shaw did an excellent job. All personnel were professional, well dressed, clean and through. They did a very professional job. A well skilled team arrived and completed the job very quickly and at the estimated cost. Site clean up was through and professional. Management provided a through and professional estimate and follow up after completion.

These guys make no sense to me and I certainly wouldn't be running my business like they do.

Jonothon went to bat for me with my insurance company following hail damage and and Simon was diligent to make sure the renos were specific to my liking. But there are two very small matters that need attention, two full years after the storm and both REFUSE to answer my calls or texts. And the messed up thing is these issues are a few hundred dollars. If they choose to fix it I'll hand over the last cheque I have from my insurance company which is for a substantially higher amount. You don't want to finish the work so you can get paid??? Ummmm....ok.....

The two men that worked on my fence/deck stairs, were fast, efficient, completed the job in two days. My neighbours were really impressed with the workmanship, I would recommend this company for your construction needs.

Shaw is an excellent company! Jonathan came out and provided a quote, meeting me on my schedule and walking me through all the work that would happen and what his recommendations were. They worked with me to figure out the best time to do the work and they were awesome keeping in communication with me. The crew were respectful, and did an awesome job on the new roof. They cleaned up after themselves, including running a magnet to collect any nails that may have flown into the ground. Fast, and thorough I would recommend them for any work you need done.

They built a deck in my backyard. They did a very nice job with attentions to details and the crew were nice and respectful. The job was done in short time and they were clean and tidy.
