Coleman Heating & Air Conditioning

We recently had central air installed by Coleman, and were extremely satisfied with the work done. The gentlemen on the crew were very thorough and had our central air installed quickly. They even repaired a problem in our water heater at no extra charge! I would highly recommend Coleman Heating and Air Conditioning, and plan on using their services again in the future.

I have had my heat pump since 2005. I have found the service from Coleman Heating to be excellent. They even moved the heat pump when neighbours complained about location. There service is always professional and I would highly recommend that anyone hire them for their heating and cooling needs!! I give them 5 stars for overall service!!!!

My thermostat for my furnace stopped working. I contacted Colman heating in which we have been a customer for 11 years of the problem, The next day Colman heating arrived on time. Thermostat was replaced at no charge. Great service always. Would highly recommend this company. This company has installed my air conditioning and hot water tank over the years and serviced my furnace every year scene we bought the house, totally satisfied.

Coleman is reliable, trustworthy and very competent. They replaced our wornout furnace in a couple of hours, leaving no mess, and a promised reduction in our gas usage. I plan to use them for all service and maintenance work in the future.

We had an unexpected leak in our hot water tank. Called Coleman Heating who had previously installed our furnace to help with the problem. Jeff Coleman responded immediately even though it was the weekend and came out the next day. Our hot water tank was quickly replaced when all of a sudden a leak developed in another area in the ceiling. Jeff took the time to quickly diagnose the problem and had the knowledge and equipment to fix it. We are truly appreciative of his efforts and would highly recommend Coleman Heating & Air Conditioning.

A first meeting was a frank and honest discussion when talking with Jeff Coleman at a home show just over a year ago(2015). A reasonable service call determined our options and tuned up the furnace to get by as we are retired. As predicted by Jeff the heat exchanger failed later on the Lennox and we were prepared for the cost then which entailed a technically challenging replacement. In my view Coleman Heating is thorough has high standards and doesn't overcharge. They do extras and are competent going beyond a typical service. I trust their abilities and will be hiring them in the future.

After a repair job was done on our old furnace last year, we decided to hire Coleman Heating & Air Conditioning this year to install a new energy efficient furnace and to up-size our hot water tank to fit the size of our household. We chose this time as we knew our furnace was on its way out and Fortis was providing nice monetary rebates.

Coleman Heating had done such a good job on our previous repair, that we asked them for a quote. From the time of the quote to the installation date, all questions were fully answered and we had all the assistance we ever needed to ensure all the rebate paperwork was done and submitted correctly (thank you, Sandy!)

Dave did the quote and explained everything in an easy to understand fashion. Jeff and Leah did the installation - they were fast and very clean!

We are extremely happy with all the work and service performed by Coleman Heating again this year. I must say - that my favourite part was the money I saved on this entire purchase. Coleman had the furnace that I needed on sale during September, the hot water tank was cheaper as they were already here installing a furnace, Fortis had great rebates on both appliances - and best of all - I found out that my quote was exactly the price I was to pay as Coleman had already included all taxes. I wanted to shout "Start the CAR!"
