Coleman Heating & Air Conditioning

Recently I had Coleman Heating come by to fix my heat pump and boiler. He is easy to get along with and offers good prices. Everyone else should hang up their shingle - closed for business - and let this guy take over, as he will not screw you over like all others. Very fair and knowledgeable. Won't sell you something you don't need.

I am a contractor and use Coleman Heating to install heating and air conditioning units in my new homes. He also offers maintenance and will step up to something if it is not correct. He is great to deal with, reasonable costs.

I initially used this business because Coleman was doing the maintenance on the furnace when I bought my house. Owner provided good service, so I continued to use him. He is very good to deal with and his costs are good. When I needed a new boiler, his price was more than competitive for exactly the same product and the work was excellent and done in timely manner.

I hired them to replace a water tank and maintain the service on my heating system. I had used them years ago and went on to someone else. In the end I came back to Coleman. They are on budget, polite and arrive when they say they will. I am very satisfied.

I had a high efficiency furnace under warranty. I had 2 companies come and try to fix it, no one could. I called Jeff, he fixed the issue, it was the heat exchanger. Very content with his work.

I believe in hiring local people to support my community. Coleman’s Heating is close by. He comes right away when called. He services my furnace and it is working well.

I have used this company for years now. In my old home I had Jeff maintain my boiler as well as clean my gas fireplaces. In my new house he installed an AC unit. I have never had a problem . He is a very kind and generous man.

As a small business in Burnaby we required someone to install our HVAC units. He also does the service on them. Most recently he worked on the dampers to control and equalize the temperatures in the office. He also installed 2 new thermostats. He offers reasonable rates for his work. I even had him do work for me in my own home. If there was one thing I could fault him on is that he doesn't always check in when leaving the site. He always seems busy and his communication is what suffers.

We have been using Coleman Heating for a number of years. Recently we had an issue with the heat not coming on, we called him and he fixed the problem. We are very happy using this company, he is a nice man and very thorough. The lady on the phone in his office is polite and very nice. Cannot say enough good about this company, very good and reliable.

We have used Jeff’s company for years. He has replace the HVAC unit in one of our buildings and we use him for service calls. He is a good honest worker with reasonable competitive rates. We have used him in my home as well, he installed a new furnace.
