Coleman Heating & Air Conditioning

My furnace installation was acceptable, but there were certain things that I was not pleased with. First of all, the estimator said that the exhaust pipe couldn't be placed under some windows on the 2nd floor. The installers placed the pipe directly under these windows, saying "it was good enough". Also I discovered after they left that the furnace wasn't aligned properly with the walls and other things in the furnace room (it's visibly crooked). It would only have taken a few seconds with a tape measure to align it properly. I got the impression the install team just wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible, without regard to quality or craftsmanship.

To give them credit, they did replace a gas line to the hot water tank, which they didn't have to do. And I do love the new furnace.

From meeting the salesman/ estimator to the three men that installed our new furncace, the service has been excellent. All the people associated with Coleman were friendly, knowledgeable and above all professional. I would definitely recomend this company.

Our furnace brokedown in the middle of January on a cold night. We tried calling several places; however other companies had waits up to 2 days. When we called Coleman Heating, they were there within the next 2 hours. Their service was efficient and well priced.

while the job was done in a ok way a few things were not done as I requested. A new cold air return was not put in which was to improve air flow to a cool (in Winter) room which meant that the existing cold air return covers need to be replaced with hiflow ones . Exhaust pipes were place where they are high visable at the back of the house instead of the side. Inspite of that the saveing in gas makes it worth while.

Our Furnace died on us during a weekend, I called Coleman who were on the spot in 25 minutes, The tech tried to repair the furnace and got it going. He recommended that we invest in a new more efficient furnace but told us that we did not need to shell out big $$ for an overkill furnace. We ordered the furnace and just got it installed (lennox G60v) the 2 techs who installed were awesome in giving tips and advise.
