I made arrangements with the service manager for the colour and size of the weatherstripping (its an oversize door) and he assured me that the tech would have that information for the service call.
The tech arrived, and kept talking about "balancing the door", (it was fine) and told me that he had neither the colour or size of the weatherstripping I requested. Called the service manager who was on the phone with the tech and apparently the tech never read the email attached to the work order. Got a very bad vibe from the experience and have left a request for the confirmation that my Visa will not be charged for the service call.
