Granite Transformations

I want to share my amazing experience with Granite Transformations. First of all it was my pleasure to have met a dedicated and professional team. Susan,Coleen,Patrick,and Greg I thank you. You went above and beyond to help bring forth my goals of designing my now newly transformed kitchen. The cabinet choice is spectacular and I have received many compliments on this new design. Anything custom I requested was met. Above all the friendships I made was a bonus. This experience I share with everyone.

I had the counter tops installed on April 8th and called with my concerns on the 9th. Drawer not closing, new sink has a "haze".... I was given a date in April and they didn't show up or call. I called them and was rescheduled almost a month later and again - no show and no call. I called the company in Calgary and asked for a call back right away and .... you guessed it.... no call. Very frustrated
Update - one day later.... Received a call, someone came over in the afternoon and after 15 - 20 minutes all is good.

7 years after our counters were installed by Granite Transformations, I created a small blemish on the surface. A service call by Greg quickly remedied my mistake, which I was very grateful for.

Granite Transformations was a great company to deal with! My kitchen looks amazing!!! The staff were very professional and accommodating! I would recommend GT to anyone! They were very helpful and their product is truly unique!

Opening for island was cut off centre and was installed before we noticed. Very poor customer service; scheduled repair and workmen never showed. No phone call to explain. My phone calls and emails not returned, Very frustrating to deal with GT.

I was initially very impressed with the product and service as I believe in the use of recycled glass for this purpose. The installers were prompt,efficient and cleaned up after themselves. A minor was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Now, 8 months later, my countertops have numerous pits. Because this product has a lifetime warranty, I called the office to make an appointment for these to be repaired. After 4 weeks and several promises to return my phone calls (calls never happened), I was finally given a date and time. I rushed home from work early to ensure I was there but half an hour after the scheduled, they still had not shown up nor had anyone called. I then called the office and was assured that they would find out where the workmen were and would be given a call back. I waited for another 90 minutes and no workmen showed up nor was there a phone call. Again today I called and was promised a time to go along with a scheduled date but this this "3 minute later phone call" has yet to happen and it is now 4 hours later. Not only is the company not standing behind the product, it appears that the product is inferior to what was told to me. I am very disappointed and disillusioned by this company.
After writing my last review expressing my dissatisfactions, I must say that I am more than pleased with the response I received from Greg Brown, the owner. Within hours of my review being posted, Greg phoned me to further investigate my concerns. Upon hearing them, he immediately came to Red Deer and personally rectified the problem and followed up with a phone call about 4 days later. Greg was genuinely concerned that I was not happy and did everything to ensure that I am now satisfied. Thank you, Greg, for making everything right.

We had them do 2 of our countertops in our bathroom. They are a little pricey for the job, but easier than ripping out the older countertop.... or so we thought. One countertop went fine, but because the other bathroom had a natural quartz backsplash with variations in the depth, they couldn't put their countertop right on top. So we had to pay extra to have them remove the old countertop anyways. I might as well have gone with solid quartz for that bathroom. So just be careful what surface you plan to redo. Also keep in mind they cost almost the same as getting a solid granite/quartz top.

We had granite transformations do our kitchen counters last summer and they did an incredible job! They were not only on time but early (not too early..enough to be appreciated and notable), the crew was pleasant, courteous, and informative. We were very confident in their skills. They were extremely efficient and cleaned up well. We love our counters and everyone who comes over comments on them. The best part is we installed a quartz slab on our island, and the rest of the counters were done by granite transformations and no one has ever been able to notice a difference. Alot of people have asked about them and we have always highly recommended them,

In 2006 we had Granite Transformations supply and install new kitchen counter tops in our home within a year we noticed that the finish had lost its luster. Over the next several years we received nothing but a run around. In October we decided to give it another go only to find that the company had changed hands in the past eighteen months.after discussion with new owner Greg Brown we were encouraged that he was taking matters into his own hands, within a week he advised that the manufacturer was warranting their product and that he would provide the labor for the new installation. I would like to thank installer Tyson for his professionalism and a job well done. I would also like to thank Greg for stepping up displaying a keen desire for customer satisfaction. The installers were on time. The qaulity of the work and product was great. They did not follow up however. We did have one issue with our water not being rehookedup correcty. I thought the design consultant Collen Hurley was very helpful.
