We have used Pre-lock for many years I think almost 12 years and were thinking of upgrading our system. We met up with Steve who assessed our current system and suggested options which we agreed to implement. The new system is great and its fantastic being able to control it all on your phone. We decided to upgrade our home alarm to include cellular backup a lot of our friends have been having their telephone lines cut which would leave us without security detection. Pre lock came in and upgraded our alarm we feel a lot safer and the technician that came was fantastic I have no hesitation in recommending Pre lock. I just moved in and wanted to change my locks. I got some prices and found Pre-lock from a friend that used them. I spoke with Steve , he was very knowledgeable and arranged to replace my locks . The tech Alex arrived on time and did a great job . He cleaned up and made sure each key worked and was very very polite . Great company and glad we used Pre-lock.

Great service is the most important to me when dealing with any company and pre lock exceeds all my expectations..they also provided me with an alarm system that I can navigate from anywhere in the world!

Paul and manager were great.i needed a replacement keypad because some of the numbers were worn out and we couldn't disarm the alarm in time and set it off regularly. They sourced a keypad and provided great advice.Something we really appreciate.

Installed Wemo switches as we were going on holiday . Worked great ..wanted to control switches from my smart phone . Install was fast and efficient as well as a full explanation of how it works . Thanks so much ..another professional service offered by Pre-Lock.
