On paper it seems like a great system but it most certainly is not. Of If I had the money for a new system I would dig this thing up. My Biofilter was hooked up and started use in August and the alarm goes off every two weeks or less. I asked for some insight on timer settings for the system but they couldnt suggest one. Only suggested sending a service person for a ridiculous amount of money and that the alarm needs to be going off. Simple answer from someone who knows the system was all I asked for. There was the smell as well because the system starts dumping sewage into the bed to fast which ones up in the sump tank. So awesome. I will not be getting them to service my septic and canceling the contract before it even starts.
Short of it DO NOT PURCHASE one of these systems. They dont work as described.
