After having problems with BP Products we needed a new roof 10 years later. We had numerous estimates & decided to hire Roofmaster even though they were more expensive than the other estimates. The main reason was the excellent reputation of Roofmaster & Guy (our first contact with the company)the estimator answered all our questions & the appraisal was done very professionally & we knew exactly what we were getting & what was going to be done. Paul, Josh & the rest of the crew were always very pleasant & very hard workers & always informed us on the progress of the work being done.Also they were super clean when they left the premise as not even 1 nail could be found after the work was completed. Roofmaster is #1 & I highly recommend this company to anyone who is needing a new roof or skylight.

The foreperson, Andre Charbonneau, was very professional and courteous. He went out of his way to arrive at convenient times to complete the work. The quality of the work done was more than satisfactory.

Dave came out to give an estimate. He answered all of our questions.
Paul and Josh and the rest of the crew did an excellent job. Everything from removal to installation to cleanup was done in a very professional way. They are all very customer focused, highly professional and tireless workers. Kept me well informed throughout the job. Will most definitely recommend Roofmaster to all my friends.

We recently hired Roofmaster to re roof our home. We chose Roofmaster based on our experience with them in the past and their competitive pricing. We made an excellent decision! Paul and his crew (in particular Josh) did an outstanding job not only installing the roof but cleaning up as they went along. Paul is extremely customer focused, highly professional in his demeanor and is a tireless worker. An example of going above and beyond--I received a parking ticket for parking on the street in front of my house for more than 3 hours while the work on my roof was being done. At the completion of the project Paul completely surprised me by reimbursing me for the ticket even though it was not his or Roofmasters fault. Overall my impression of the work done and how it was done is a 10. Paul thanks to you and your crew for making this such a pleasant experience!

We found Roofmaster on this website. Dave came out to give an estimate in an early evening to accommodate both my husband and my schedules since we wanted to be present. We had many questions and he answered all of them. His estimate was the most detailed estimate and his price was competitive. We were away for a few weeks and they rescheduled our installation- to accommodate us. Paul and his crew came to do the work. We have a very large roof and he felt that it would take 3 days. This ended up being "off" because of weather and some of the crews' holiday times. BUT, each day, they came to my door, explained about the delay and apologized for any inconvenience. I was home during much of the work. They were tireless and their days were long. It was impressive. They were very concerned with regard to cleanup- as was I, and they did a meticulous job. We were told to call them and they would come out again if we found nails that they missed; we did not find any neglected areas. After the work was finished, Paul made an inspection with my husband and myself. We saw one thing- Paul saw two others that he wanted to take care of before he felt that the job was complete. We appreciated this as roof repair is not something we know much about. His crew were, to a person, accommodating , pleasant and respectful. I have already recommended Roofmaster to a friend who had 4 other estimates and she has now signed with them. A roof is a very expensive undertaking. We are thankful that we see quality of workmanship and are confident that they will stand by their work.

These guys were great, they showed up on time and were finished on time. I was very impressed with the way they worked and cleaned up after themselves. If I had another roof to do I would hire them, I have already recommended them to friends. Keep up the great work.

I had Roofmaster and Jorgensen Roofing both bid. I had used Jorgensen in the part, but decided to try Roofmaster because of the number of consecutive Consumer Choice Awards it had received and the success I previously had selecting Consumer Choice winners. I wasn't disappointed. Roofmaster came in almost $2,000 below the other company and the estimator (Guy Lemire) crawled into the attic to check it carefully and noted the severe lack of ventilation that ultimately led to dry rot of some of the roofing deck. Because of the magnitude of the deck work, Roofmaster was willing to make a special price for the decking material and installation. The working stayed to sundown to complete the project. On of the company owners came out the following day to check the workmanship and had some additional aluminum drip edges replaced at no cost to enhance the appearance of the roof facial. Another excellent experience with a Consumer's Choice company - the customers ultimately are the best judges.

We had a leaking skylight on our flat roof extension.
One Ottawa company we contacted sent us a quote for $4000 to re-do the whole roof. I don't think they even sent anyone to look at it.
By contrast, Guy Lemire of Roofmaster, came over, checked out the leak from inside and out, discovered that it was caused by a minor gap in the caulking and explained how to fix it ourselves at very little cost.
When I pointed out that neither I nor my husband is remotely handy, Guy offered to see if he could squeeze us in between other jobs in the area.
In the end, he popped round another day when it wasn't raining and fixed it for a small nominal fee.
What a nice guy!
I wanted to share this story because it tells you a lot about the man. And when you're looking for a contractor you can trust, it's the little things that tell you everything you need to know!
