Laura was phenomenal. She explained each chemical to me, and wrote out every step on how to use them. She went above and beyond and was extremely helpful. Will always be sure to ask for Laura when making future purchases.

Excellent purchase, delivery and set up service! Would highly recommend! Brian was very helpful with sales, Sandy with delivery, and Phil with set up. Everything was simple and straightforward. We love our hot tub and feel confident that mermaid stands behind their product.

Mermaid also sent someone to do the final installation as well as a thorough overview of the operation of the hot tub, as well as the art of balancing the chemicals of the hot tub. After making a few trips to mermaid to decide on an automatic pool cleaner for a gift for someone, we finally purchased a Kreepy Krauly. After giving it to the person they opened it up only to find a mouse nest and the product chewed. After having to make another trip back to the store, we were offered nothing for our inconvenience and the embarrassment of giving that gift. Even a small gift certificate would have been a gesture of good faith. Instead the manager just said oh, yeah we have mice in the storage shed. Gave me a new one obviously. Poor customer retention skills.

Phil at Mermaid Pools did a great job in helping us through the selection and buying process of our very first above-ground pool. We were impressed with Phil's product knowledge and how to figure out the pool to suit us best. We feel confident with our choice and are very pleased with value for money, as well as customer service received so far.

I had recently purchased a new hot tub from Mermaid Pools and everything was delivered and set up perfectly. They even sent someone (Phil Gregory) to install the cover and give me a walk thru on how to use it. He did an awesome job with the cover and explaining everything.

The install and "show of ops" service was included with the purchase of my spa from Mermaid. Dealing with Mermaid was very pleasant, and I have to say the staff in the warehouse especially went the extra mile. There was a little bit of a disconnect with arranging appointments, but I chalk that up to it being peak season for pool setups and the like. Sales staff, warehouse and "Hot Tub Paul" (does the delivery) were fabulous. Having someone come to your house after you have everything setup to go through all the controls, chemical instructions, etc. is a HUGE bonus. Again, was part of the purchase and not an extra cost. Delivery of the hot tub was done on time and quickly. salesmen, Brian, was flexable but water tester guy was not forth coming. phil was courteous, friendly and informative. He even gave us is e-mail if ever we have more questions.
