Mermaid Pools And Hot Tubs

I approached Mermaid Pools because we were in the market of getting a new in ground pool. Mermaid was one of four companies that we contacted. We met Mr. Dave McNaughton and his superior knowledge and advice was re-assuring us that Mermaid was the right choice. From little tips as to why you need LED lights in your pool, to what type of filter and why, really helped us feel comfortable
and confident that we were making the right decision.

Let’s face it, installing a pool is an investment that you and your family will enjoy for many years. It is a big project and if we were to do it again, we would choose Mermaid Pools in a heartbeat.

One thing I would like to point out about Mermaid is that their team was attentive to details and always followed up to make sure we were satisfied. We got many visits from them at our home while the project was on-going and that gesture was appreciated.

We recently purchased a hot tub from Mermaid Pools & Hot Tubs and cannot say enough good things about the salesman, Phil Morneault and the whole Mermaid team at the Ogilvie Road location in Ottawa. Phil took the time to explain everything that we needed to know about hot tubs in general and once we decided on which one to purchase, he provided us with a step by step overview of the entire system. Phil listened to our questions, was patient with us and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. We are very pleased with the service that we received from Phil and Mermaid Pools & Hot Tubs and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

It was a last minute decision to buy a hot tub, but Brian was great and got us the perfect tub! The whole team was very responsive as we got the tub installed and got everything set up. Phil came by and made sure it was all working for us, which was great. We find customer service the most important part of buying anything, so we really appreciated it.

It has always been a dream that once we bought our first home we would install a hot tub. No one tells you exactly how much a new home will cost so our budget was very strict but we desperately wanted a salt water system. After looking around we heard about the Mermaid spa blow out sale and thought we would check it out. At the warehouse we met with Phil Morneault whom desperately tried to get us a Salt water system in our budget but the last model had been sold. After the weekend Phil called us back to give us the good news that one had become available. YEAH!!
After giving the deposit we were all set to go but as Murphy's Law goes both our washer and dryer broke the next day killing our dreams of buying the hot tub. We called Phil to give him the bad news but he spoke with the executives at Mermaids and they kindly reduced the price enough to help us afford both.

Phil helped us with everything from referring a friendly and prompt Electrician to personally coming over and helping install the cover and explain how to operate the Hot tub. During the personal visit, Phil noticed that our lights were not turning on properly and had a service tech come out to repair the issue within the hour.

We are so thrilled with our new hot tub and none of it would have been possible without Phil and his team at Mermaids Pools and Hot Tubs.
