Replacement gas fireplace insert
I bought a replacement gas insert for my cabin in Point Roberts Wa. I bought the same model as I had that worked fine for 25 years.
I was told it was set for propane which is all that is available in Point Roberts.
After 2 years of trying to get it to operate and $1,000.00 of gas fitters time I took it back to Vaglio.
I had been in constant contact with the salesman but none of his advise was helpful.
When they looked at the unit it was discovered that there were parts missing and the unit was never going to work until these parts were installed. It took several weeks for them to get the parts and get the unit working properly.
It was at that point that they blamed me for all the problems!
My advice to anyone buying from Vaglio, have them deliver and install and dont pay until it is up and running. If you plan to do your own installation or hire your own installer buy from another company!
