Jim and his team installed our pool last summer. It was a great experience working with Jim and his team. Jim was very informative and honest about any questions we had regarding the pool. His team was very professional and clean. We will continue to use Jim for all or our supplies and scheduled openings and closings. Never having had a pool it is easy to say we made the right decision. Thanks Jim!

Jim Ashton and his team did a wonderful job in installing our fiberglass pool summer of 2011. All staff were courteous and engaging in sharing knowledge and experience. All recommendations were spot on and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Mother Nature pooh poohed the party a bit with her weeks of rain in April/May; however, once conditions dried up it was game on and the pool was in. I am pleased to say that I now use JIm's in-store services and product for both my pool and my hot-tub. Thanks team.

From our first meeting with Jim Ashton to the end of our 4 week project, we have been nothing but happy with our new pool. Jim came out to our residence and recommended pool placement and showed us a 3D design of what our pool would look like in our yard. He coached us on other elements of our backyard, to help and ensure that we would be happy with our finished project. He was helpful, resourseful and offered quality products. We had no problems with timelines. He produced the Salt water pool in the time he said he would. I would recommend Jim and we would use Ashton pools again if we ever moved.

We selected Ashton Pools based on the wide selection of fiberglass pools that he offered. We had a very complicated project, building a pool on a hill and then putting a moveable enclosure over it so we could use it year round. We were also adding a fast lane swim system. We used Ashton Pools for all of the pool equipment etc, but used another company for the enclosure that went over the pool.

Jim came to our house several times to review site placement, offered insightful suggestions on where to place the pool, size and model of pool.

We had some challenges with our enclosure contractor (not associated with Ashton Pools) which delayed our project. This meant our project started and stopped at various times while we waited for the enclosure folks to catch up. This was no only frustrating to us, but Aston Pools had to endure these delays along with us. Jim took these delays in stride

At all times, Ashton Pools was professional and respectful. Sometimes it was hard to get a hold of him because they are a busy shop, but when we did, things got done.

We are happy to say the project is 99% done and we have been swimming all winter and loving it. Some very minor things are going to be addressed this spring.

We feel that this relationship was positive. They are respectful of your money, honest and fair. We feel that we treated them well and received the same back.

Overall, very happy with Ashton Pools and we do recommend them for your project.

We researched one other fibreglass Viking pool installer from outside of KW - but price wise and logistics it made sense to go local with Ashton Pools.

We had our pool installed almost 4 years ago.

Jim was upfront about costs, installation time, permits needed etc. They started on time. We had a good run of weather in late June and the overall installation took about 3 weeks from hole being dug to concrete around the deck and finishing touches. The work did slow down the week of the long July weekend. We had to put in retaining walls along the one side and back of the pool. We also did concrete pads for the pool shed and patio.

We had no issues with the installation. Minimal to no property damage (really only where the bobcat went up and down our slope yard to bring in concrete and dirt). We did have small blemish on our concrete that was an accident - Jim came up with a compromise that worked for us no questions asked. The company used to do the concrete was fantastic - excellent work was done.

We have a saltwater pool and within the first year we noted the chlorinator for it was not working right - we told Jim and within days a new system was installed - again no questions or issues at all.

The pool has been in 4 years (touch wood) everything still looks and works great.

We get our water tested at Ashton's - we never find them pushing us to buy things we don't need for our water. They have opened and closed our pool several times - with no issues.

We purchased a plug and play hot tub - the first one had a leak - exchanged with no issues. When the second one developed a leak - Jim explained he would be researching out a new company - and then changed out the hot tubs again no issues. The new hot tub is working great.

Overall we have had a very positive experience with Ashton Pools over the past 4 years.

I have dealt with Ashton Pools for a number of years with my hottub and have always had great service in the store from Beverly and at my home from Mike, Ashton's technician. We recently had a fiberglass pool installed by Jim and his crew and love the end result. The guys were very polite, professional and great to work with. Our family is looking forward to many years of fun in our backyard oasis. Thanks Jim.
