Ali arrived as scheduled and diagnosed the problem quickly. The output line of the A/C condensation pump had been installed poorly with multiple kinks in the line. This caused the water to back up and spread across our finished basement ruining carpet and drywall.

Ali installed the new pump quickly and removed the kinks in the output hose. Although I am disappointed in the original installation, I am very happy with Alis work.
