The roof looks great! Very professional install. The crew were very organized, covered everything with tarps and protected things around the house. Cleaned up well after they were finished, almost nothing for me to clean up after they had gone, except for the odd piece of shingle in the lawn or flower bed. Much better than I had expected. I would recommend this company to anyone I know who needs roof work done.

Having replaced the singles twice before with my son, I was well equipped to evaluate the different products and the methods necessary to result in a top quality job. The BP roofing system applied by the experienced team (lead by Brandon) was the result I was looking for. I also required a skylight to be replaced. DeLuca personnel are trained and certified by Velux Skylights to install using their guaranteed leak proof system. This fact along with recommendations from two other knowledgeable friends made the decision to employ DeLuca an easy one.

Deluca provided excellent, pressure-free customer service. I received quotes from 3 companies, and Deluca was the only company who answered all of my questions. They were also the only company who physically went up on the roof. Their price was fair and I wasn’t charged any additional fees. Their contract was comprehensive and easy to understand. I highly recommend them!

We had a small leak after a very hard rain. I asked for some quotes but we were away for a short trip.
The Deluca person had called for us - before I could call him back he was in the area and stopped in.
I showed him the area and he went up to look - commented that the shingles were still good and it was likely just a quick flashing fix - which he then took a few minutes to fix - at no charge.
I really appreciate when a contractor is not only honest to admit if work isnt required but also if they have the depth of knowledge to know what was wrong and then knowing it was such a quick fix & not charging. This was a relief and i want to let people know this is a very good company to deal with.
