Thank you Paul for taking the time to share your review. Do to the coler conditions the old shingles being removed are extremely brittle and come off in small cornflake size pieces. We tarp areas we are working on, however even with the tarps as they are being dragged around some pieces may have slipped off the tarp. The days are shorter and clean up can be a challenge at dusk. Once snow falls it's literally impossible to clean until spring. Thanks for noting we did return in spring to do a final cleanup.

We have never in all the years in business refused anyone service. Just look at all our reviews on Homestars, Google and yellowpages. There's not a company anywhere let alone in Ottawa that would stay in business as long as we have if they didn't provide service to their customers.

There was many details that went into this roof and it was a fun project for all of us. Your amazing home was not a typical house you'd see everyday. It was great to be apart of the transformation. I personally have 20 years experience in roofing and was taught everything I know from my father Rocco, founder of Century Roofing and my older brother and business partner John who has 30 years experience. Yes I could have left after discovering everything was completely dry in the attic and agreed it was impossible that water was coming in from the roof, however I didn't feel as though my job was completed. I was determined to find the culprit and ease your worried mind. You were gracious to offer to pay for my time however I declined. This is an excellent example of the type of high quality service you can expect from Century Roofing & Siding Ltd every time.
