We hired Ram to clean our light grey carpets as we have many times before. LR DR FR stairs and 2 loveseats. We requested special attention to cat urine areas with sanitzer and deoderizer. The carpet was WET for 3 days and brown out stains showed severe when dry. Customer service called as a follow up and I stated my dissatisfaction and they said they would follow up with the tech and I never heard from them again!

Have used for all my Persian carpets. They have always come out extremely clean, even very badly soiled ones. I would bring in a Persian carpet that was at the entrance to my restaurant. Each time the carpet had at least 50 pounds of mud in it and it came out beautiful.

We have used Ram for several years with great satisfaction. I am working on another project and have called them. I am sure they will do another great job this time.

Steve showed up on time, did an excellent job of cleaning my windows, including the frames. He was so nice and charged a very reasonable price. I intend to call on Ram next time I need my windows cleaned.

I have used Ram for carpet cleaning for the past serveral years. Once you have made an appointment with a service window (ie 8-10 AM) they strive to start service within that window. The technician always calls to confirm his estimated time of arrival based on the job immediately before yours. Cleaning is always good and they do their best to provide a quality result. I have also had chairs and area rugs cleaned on site with great results.

I have used Ram for more than twenty years and have never been disappointed. When a stain appeared on our carpet, I again gave them a call. Their service was prompt and efficient and Yes they successfully removed the stain. I have referred them to several friends and all have been pleased.
