Moving to Calgary left us short of time so when we purchased our home we knew we wanted to have it cleaned professionally after the trade people were finished. Highly recommended company! Job was done efficiently and to our expectations ?

Having just moved into a new house I wanted to get our fireplaces looked at/cleaned as I had no idea when they were last done.

Damir from Ram Cleaning services arrived on time and was extremely friendly and caring. He took a look at our first fireplace and instantly identified several problems with it. I kind of already knew about these issues but it was nice to see that he instantly recognized them and informed me about the issues.

Damir was very up front and told me the fireplaces were pretty clean so there was not much for him to do and he even discounted a little because of this.

Damir went as far as trying to fix the identified issues for us, the main one being the severe cold draft coming in from the un-insulated rear of the fireplace. He showed us a couple of tricks which stopped about 60 percent of the draft.

Damir was extremely friendly and really came across as caring and wanting to try to solve the issues for us.

I will definitely use Ram cleaning services again in the future.

One technician (arrived early) dissected and cleaned 2 furnaces, 24 air ducts, 2 hot water tanks, then shampooed a large pet stained carpet, where he found and repaired some pulled fibres, and took away a heavy 12x14 Persian rug to be cleaned (how he carried that by himself I will never know). All in one afternoon! The furnaces are working well, the carpet looks great, even after a teen-ager party, and the Persian rug looks brand new again. (now if only he could refinish the hardwood floors...)

Ram cleaning Service cleaned our home after we had moved out. I explained to the cleaning Team the cleaning that was required and asked that the home be sparkling for the new Purchaser. I left the staff to take care of the request as I had to leave on errands. The Ram Team cleaned the house as I had requested, to the point that the Purchaser remarked to the Real Estate person regarding the cleanliness of the home.
