Our landing between 2 sets of stairs gets dirty with pets taking their ‘prizes’ there. This week we had Jeff from Ram in and he did a great job, far better than other highly rated cleaning companies we’ve had in. He was friendly, efficient and the carpets look like new. We will definitely be calling Ram next time and requesting Jeff.

I called Ram cleaning to come to our two story home and clean the exterior windows in December! We have over 30 windows, so a pretty big job. With the warm, windy fall, the windows were quite a mess. Ram did an excellent job. They were courteous, on time and did a great job cleaning the windows. I have never used Ram before, but certainly will in the future. I have already recommended them to several friends and family members.

Ram scratched our floors and damaged a door frame. They have been terrible to deal with, rude on the phone and non-responsive on email. They just don't seem to care.

We paid over $800 for them to clean our carpets. Which I'd say the quality of that work was only ok. The carpets still don't look great. But I wouldn't write a review if it was just mediocre work by them.

The issue is they damaged our home and don't seem to care. We have waited 1.5 months for the damage to be fixed. We've been patient, however they haven't done much, so we want to share our results with others, hopefully they won't have the same experience.

From the start, the Ram Services employee didn't remove his shoes.
This was weird, as he was wearing work shoes that didn't look particularly clean.

Then, during the process of collecting the rugs to be cleaned, the Ram Services employee made a massive scratch right in the middle of our living room! This is 6.5" long, going across the grain. He didn't seem apologetic about it.

A bit later he dented the door frame in taking a rug out to his car. Rather than take it an easy way that won't damage our home, he tried to cut a corner.

Finally, just before leaving he was careless and dropped a piece of furniture, creating a deep gouge in our hardwood floor.

Throughout these escapades he wasn't apologetic about these mistakes. He was really disinterested in the fact he was damaging our home.

We immediately emailed Ram Services. They sent somebody out the next week to have a look, but he said there wasn't much he could do as the scrape ran across the grain. He tried to add some varnish, and it looked terrible.

Since then, we've been trying to get this damage repaired through Ram. Ram have been rude to us on the phone and we haven't even gotten any action via email. We've waited 1.5 months before we posted this, as we wanted to give Ram the opportunity to fix this damage. All companies make mistakes, and there's no need to post a bad review in haste.

We are so disappointed and really wish we hadn't chosen Ram for our carpets.

On another note, the carpet cleaning wasn't even that good, so we wasted over $800.

From cleaning services was highly recommended by my friend. She has been using the company for her house. So I called them book an appointment in a jiffy they show that did an amazing job cleaning our sofa set because it stinks. I have two dogs that I love so much and I let them jump on the couch whenever they want. Ram cleaning services did an amazing job getting rid of that Dog smell. I am putting them in my address book for future service like carpet etc. you should check their website and book an appointment now

Geoff B., the technician, came to our house on Nov. 4th to clean the carpets. Aside from being punctual and pleasant, he was very efficient and technically competent. He attended to the dirty areas and those with sports expertly.

I have used Ram services for about 13 yrs. A few years ago I tried a different company to get a Srs. discount .But I went back to using Ram. Kyle did an excellent job, even removing a stubborn , recurring stain. The teflon coating is always a good choice, as the carpets remain clean longer.
Kyle was prompt, efficient , courteous
and pleasant. I've often seen the Ram truck in my condo complex, which is also a good recommendation.

Cleaned my carpets with a high powered truck mounted system. They were polite and professional. Carpets look great and I had them come back to do my blinds. Same results!!

We were very pleased with the service. The tech arrived on time, and did an excellent job, paying special attention to the stained areas. His teaching was excellent, too, regarding the Teflon coating we had applied, and resulting stain care. Very satisfied with Ram's service!

The tech was on time and professional. Our carpets came out beautifully! Always pay the extra for Teflon! So worth it. Highly recommend! We've used Ram for the past 20 years and our carpets (cream after raising two kids) doesn't show! Thanks Ram!

Had the house power washed and it turned out great. The Technician was friendly , & efficient. Showed up on time and spent the time here working non stop. Will recommend
