Received a call day prior to appointment. Christian (tech) showed up right on time. Very professional, polite and helpful. He explained everything, didn't seem to rush and made sure I was satisfied before he left.

Got me an appointment with short notice that fit my availability. Confirmed and reminded me ahead. Then day of they were quick, efficient, professional and job well done, thank you!

Have used RAM for years for all services. Carpets, furnace, windows and maids ... would not use anyone else! Very professional and reasonably priced. You can count on them to be on time and do an excellent job!

I needed some furnace and duct cleaning done relatively quickly for a property in Calgary that I rent out. Thing is, I happen to live in Vancouver. I approached a few different cleaners online and by phone.

Ram came and cleaned my furnace ducts and fireplace. The service
man was on time,polite, professional and informative. He took his shoes off and spread a drop sheet on the carpet in front of the
fireplace. He also remove the furnace blower motor and took it out
to his truck to check it out. He also serviced my humidifier.

Ram cleaning was awesome, on time very professional, and amazing results. Geoff was our technician, he was friendly, and recommended the best approach to our specific needs.

Wonderful service and good cleaning! The ram technician was prompt and on time and very friendly. Our rug was an off white colour and he took great care to get out most of the stains. Our family has used ram service for several years and we continued to be very satisfied customers.

Ram cleaned both our upper and lower carpets. All came up beautifully and looking like new. We have also booked them for carpet repair on a newly installed carpet that, after settling, has wrinkles. Definitely satisfied with their work!

I had sofa stain damage as a result of a moving company. The technician was friendly and professional, and despite not knowing what the stains were--was able to fully remove them.
