We have requested 7 companies for the offer to replace our Furnace, Water heater and AC. From 7 companies only novelcare Heating was always on time, responsive and able to negotiate the best solution for us. We have been dealing with Alan, who was knowledgeable, responsive and down to earth with his suggestions. He fulfilled all his promises and provided us with great solution as per our requirements. novelcare heating Installers Brian and Tyler are working like well oiled machine, they are approachable and experieneced. They are making sure, that customer will be happy with their work and make sure that aestetic of the final product is up to highest standard. It took them only 2 days and working site was left clean and tidy after they left the site. I would not hesitate to recommend Harmony Heating to my friends as their future provider for any HVAC job.

We love our ductless air conditioner/ heat pump

The folks at Spurr are amazing! We have had them replace our ductless air conditioner system and service our boiler (when it decided to malfunction on the coldest day of the year!). Their installation was fast and clean, friendly and extremely efficient. They have my strongest recommendation. We will continue going back to them whenever we have heating and A/C needs!

It is not easy to retrofit a multi-residential building. however, you managed it all, the best equipment, price, accessories, delivery, and installations as per the timeline and project plan.

Although Darren in sales was great and came across with integrity and honesty, everything after that was shoddy and unprofessional.

I realize that installation of ductless units in an older home can be challenging, but the crew NovelCare sent out to do the install did SO MUCH DAMAGE to our baseboards and walls that our living room and home office look, in places, like a rage room - with scuffs up the wall and attempts to secure the wire INTO the baseboard as opposed to the wall adjacent to it. Oh, and I forgot to add that two of the four unit installs were done incorrectly. One unit had to be replaced eventually through warranty.

What's EVEN WORSE is how the company responded to us. They basically ignored us. We asked over a period of weeks to speak to someone in management - and they refused to pass on our concerns. We went to the Better Business Bureau - and they were not truthful with BBB about how they were addressing the matter. (They reported to BBB that they tried to contact us. Really?) Finally, we were able to speak to someone "in charge." She was upset by our "escalation" to BBB but assured us that she was monitoring the case all along. She then informed us that they took the pictures we sent them to their lawyers and since their lawyers said "Not responsible!", they felt they didn't need to do anything more. After that, they stopped responding to further calls and emails.

DO NOT work with these folks. They talk a good game, but they do NOT deliver.

There are other reputable companies out there who could use the business.

Installers showed up on time and finished the same day by 6.30 pm, cleaned after themselves.

I bought my furnace three years ago - with a 10 year guarantee - if I have it maintained annually by this company. My last maintenance call was less than a month ago. Ever since, when the thermostat reaches temperature and the furnace goes off, I hear a "knock-knock" sound (upstairs). When I called today, they told me the service call would be upwards of $160. Not acceptable. Note: When the furnace was installed, the technician was not equipped with a credit-card-machine. He wrote down my MC number. My ensuing credit card bill showed four purchases made that month that were not my own!!! I trust that I cannot hold the company responsible for a fraudulent tech, but it surely has left me with a feeling of distrust and disgust. I will have another company maintain my heating and air conditioner in future.

Had a Continental C96 furnace installed 2yrs ago .. 1st year during the first cold snap (of Course) Ignitor failed 2 days no heat later replaced ..All good.

Moving to Jan 16 2022 - (epic snow storm of course) lost heat again - Blower motor failed. Now here's the kicker ... No one stocks the blower motor because it's a "Continental" approx 5 days to receive part . I would still be without heat now !! .... Solution - Ripped out that Continental and replaced it with a Carrier ... Lesson learned - Don't buy an offshoot brand when it comes to HVAC because parts availability will leave you high and dry in a jam ...

I can't recommend Novel Care more highly. They are terrific. From Paul's promptness and professionalism during the initial quote to all the team members that took part in removing our old ductless heat pump to install a new Panasonic system. They only sold us what was needed and explained everything well before we hired them. They were courteous and competent. They arrived when they said they would and communicated well throughout the entire job. They are a well run organization with good people. You won't be disappointed

Absolutely fantastic experience. Their quote came in lower than their competitors and the quality of work is astounding. Geoff was very professional and accommodating and Nolan (installer) was very knowledgeable and professional. The pride they have in their business is clear. Aces all around.
