I arranged everything over the phone with Christine, who gave me an accurate quote, verified my coupon validity, etc. The two man crew showed up EXACTLY on time (first time ever for any contractor I've hired), even though they drove to Cambridge from the London office. They were done in an hour, cleaned up nicely, and gave me some notes to follow up on regarding leaky ducts around the furnace. Very professional right from the initial office contact to the on-sight work. The house actually smells dust-free the day after. They were recommended to me by friends, and I can pass on this recommendation to others. Thanks!

Great experience! Justin and his helper came in and cleaned the ducts quickly and efficiently. They answered all the questions I had as I had never had ducts cleaned before. The ducts had never been cleaned in my house so they were apparently very dirty. It is starting to smell fresher in the house.

Power Vac was a great company to work with from the booking process to the end result. The staff was pleasant and helpful when we booked and the technicians were promptly on time and totally professional. It took about an hour and a half to complete the cleaning and the cost was precisely as quoted. We would definitely recommend this company for duct cleaning.

Christine was very helpful at the time of getting a phone quote and what the service included. Leda was the technician who arrived on time and very pleasant to speak too. It was a colder than expected morning and she worked diligently as the home was steadily dropping in temp due to the need to keep a door open for the vacuum pipe. The system they have works extremely well as my wife and I heard (what sounded like small rocks) being vacuumed through the pipe, she even found a couple small balls likely from previous owners. Leda cleaned up everything like the service never happened. Thank you Power Vac!!
