Hi Tom! By the looks of it, your system must have been installed over 15 years ago! It's not uncommon for the gears in the rotors to wear out - it won't be the last rotor we replace for you :) The next time a zone won't turn on from the timer give us a shout - it will likely be just another worn out valve solenoid - they gradually wear out too every 5-10 years or can get fried by small electrical surges - so be sure to plug your timer into a surge protector and keep the valve control wires coiled up! Hey Steve - thanks for the positive review. There isn't a patch of grass that stands a chance of going yellow this summer at your place! If my memory is correct I think we irrigated everything including the blvd grass. I'm glad you like the 7 zone system we installed and it's been a pleasure to deal with you too. - Alexander Body
