Polar Windows

50 year old home needed to replace original windows. New windows are very heat efficient, easy to use and clean. We would recommend without hesitation. check them out today. trust me!

I am completely satisfied with this Polar's product and customer care! Dave our salesman was a pleasure to deal with and most certainly knows his product inside and out. I spoke to a number of other window companies, and was amazed at how many sales representatives know very little about their product.
We replaced 5 old sliders with Polar's roller (slider) window. This was a massive upgrade to say the least! No more road noise and instant comfort and energy savings.

What really sold us was the quality and fact that their warranty carries on to the next homeowner. I'm a mechanical engineer and based on the workmanship and design of Polar's windows, I highly doubt this warranty will ever be necessary. There are a lot of window manufacturer's in Calgary with varying quality, but in our harsh climate, I personally don't see windows as a place to cut any corners. You get what you pay for, and I am happy that I went with Polar on this investment.

Great install and superb quality of window! We replaced 14 original window's with them, Our salesman was great to deal with and very experienced in the renovation side of window replacement. Our home was only 8 years old and I cannot tell you how happy we were to replace our 2-pane building grade windows. What a huge difference!

i hired polar windows to install/build 4 small basement windows.
Friendly sales guy but didn't give us all the info we needed regarding the time and customer service to expect. Bad customer service I had to follow up with them at least every 2 weeks to find out when my windows would be installed/measured. They never called me to let me know they were running a few weeks behind. Good final product I am happy with my windows but because they are on the pricey side, my experience with customer service and the amount of time i waited for the windows i would not recommend this company.
No discount was given for the bad customer service, long wait and poor communication.

I am receiving no information from them to let me know what steps are being taken to finish my project (whole home window and door replacement). Even after I have requested a call back or quick e-mails to keep me informed I have yet to hear anything. I have had incorrect product installed that needs to be replaced; I have a defective door that needs to be replaced; I have damage to my home that needs to be repaired; all of the caulking arounds the windows needs replacement after repairs are made to the home. Seriously tired of not being able bring this project to completion and to have the work done to my satisfaction.

The salesman gave us a quote for a new front door for the options we wanted & answered all of our questions. He gave an estimate of 6 weeks to install the door but the workers were able to come in 4! The next the spring, the door shifted & they had no problems coming back to realign the door so it again opened properly. 4 years later we are as satisfied with the company as we were initially and would completely recommend this company without hesitation!

The windows look great. The installers were efficient, fast and clean. The windows were installed even earlier than predicted. Even three years later they look great. Polar Ray-O-Max was a great purchase for us.

Ray-O-Max was the only company able to do a bow window the size we needed in a composite material rather than wood. They offered many options for the window which was an added bonus. It was great that they came to our house and accommodated our schedule with the consultation. Only negative was the window was supposed to be ready and installed within 6 weeks which was more like 12 weeks and it was never communicated we had to follow up with them. We would use them again if the cost wasn't so prohibitive for the rest of our windows compared to other companies.

My house was built in the 40's and I'm not sure how old the windows were. My heating costs were very high so I decided to get new windows. I researched it a lot and went with Polar Ray O Max windows as they clearly looked like the most energy efficient ones I could find.

Dealing with them was very easy. There was no pressure, they were very quick and very professional.

We replaced all the doors and windows in our home, installers were polite, considerate and cleaned up outside several times throughout the day which was important because of our dogs. They cleaned up thoroughly after each room they installed.
Fantastic customer service and a year and a half later we are still extremely happy with our decision to use them.
