Boulevard Exteriors

We found Boulevard Exteriors on the BBB website. First we met with Vanessa to discuss our concerns about a lack of flashing on our current windows and our hope was to follow that up with cladding all of the existing wood on our home. We had another company out but we found Vanessa's explanations to be very thorough along with the experience and warranty's their company has made us feel very comfortable proceeding with them. We also had a few random exterior repairs that she was happy to do for us while on site as well. Unfortunately, what we were afraid of came true in that there was extensive rot in our front 2-story bay window. Our installer, Abe was able to discover and explain why this happened and had to do a complete rebuild of the wall, including drywall and interior finishing work as well as replacing the battens and cladding all of the exterior wood and install new vinyl siding. The attention to detail is apparent and we appreciate that Abe did his work with a lot of patience and accuracy. We highly recommend Boulevard!

I required some eavestrough to be replaced, it was just a small job but another quote I had just left me a little unsettled. The roofing company I will be using referred me to Boulevard, and booked an appointment with Vanessa. When she called me in regards to the quote, I mentioned items in a previous quote I recieved. She was honest in saying that those items were unnecessary and the quote she gave me was half the price of the other company. She also noticed that the wood frame around my garage door required painting and mentioned that I could have that done in aluminum cladding, especially with a West facing garage, I'm glad I did. They did a great job, and sooner than I thought it would be done too. I will definitely be calling Boulevard for my future renovations. Thanks Vanessa!

I found Boulevard to be an excellent company to deal with from estimate to completion of the job. The fact that they piggyback on one of the most reputable roofers in my area is an indication that they can be trusted. the quality of work is excellent and the gentleman that did the work was pleasant and FAST. I definetly would recommend!

Boulevard was referred to me by a colleague that used their services for a renovation last year. I had hail damage to my siding and while out to do this quote, Vanessa recommended we take care of the windows and doors at the same time, my 30 year old home certainly needed it and the costs were within budget. She made a very good point that their business model is renovations and not 'storm replacement' so they take their time to do things right and at a renovation standard. Mike's work was great, he's detailed and took great care working on my home. The result is a dramatic change and Vanessa offered some great ideas to bring our home to a modern era while actually keeping the upgrade costs lower than I expected. Apparently 2 of my neighbours have called her for insurance replacements as well. Boulevard definitely has my recommendation.

Through the stages of our renovation, we have replaced our windows on two occasions with Boulevard. We were very pleased with the sales process while meeting and communicating Vanessa, we chose metal exterior windows and she took the time to explain the benefits of the different types of glass to make my home more energy efficient. I really appreciate that even on evenings and weekends she would respond to any questions or changes I had.
When it came time for the install Mike and his team were punctual and friendly, they took very good care of cutting out my old windows from the stucco and the end result looks fabulous. We have had numerous compliments from neighbors, friends and family.
We still have two floors of windows and doors to replace and it's nice to know I can count on the Boulevard Team.
We would highly recommend Boulevard to anyone who wants a professional job done from start to finish.

We were searching for a way to update to our 35 yr home. Vanessa helped us design a look and colour scheme. John, Mike and the rest of the team made it happen- on time and on budget. We're thrilled with the result, and will use MCM again for our next project.

To compliment a new roof installed we decided to replace fascia, soffits & eavestroughing also. We have a 35 year old home. Our first contact with Boulevard was Vanessa W who was extremely capable & was able to answer all our questions particular to our project. She also gave us a suggestion about some additional cladding. We liked her idea & incorporated it. Really glad we did.
Their prices were competitive with other companies we got cost estimates from. The three sets of workman were very professional and appeared to take pride in their work. Additionally, they were helpful and answered any of our questions without making us feel like we were imposing on them. All work was done in a timely fashion with no surprises. I have and will continue to give their names for people wanting similar work.

We had our existing patio, which directly abuts the house (with ceiling and 2 walls already in place from the house itself), enclosed. We had several companies come and evaluate the project, and give us their design ideas and cost estimates. We wanted to maximize the light and the air flow: to try and retain the feel of being outdoors. We also wanted to extend the use of the room into the not-so-warm months as much as was affordable.

John was the only person who seemed to listen to what we asked for. His design came as close as was possible to fulfilling our requirements. The others had complicated structures or a lot of framing which would have greatly reduced the amount of light and air allowed in. So we now have floor to nearly ceiling high sliding doors and windows (energy efficient) forming the walls. The light is incredible, and we can let in as much or as little air as we want. The room looks like it has always been there; and feels very comfortable!

John answered all of our questions with patience and detailed explanations, often doing extra research on the products or other features in order to do so. We did need to alter the original design somewhat, because of the product restrictions and the size of the wall openings.

Abe installed the components and he was actually a pleasure to have around. He worked efficiently, quietly (he even did some of the pre-cutting off-site to reduce the amount of noise) and quickly. He did some little extras that we had asked for with no complaints whatsoever, with a smile even. He did a wonderful job of installing! He came back afterwards to do some adjustments to some of the doors.

So, now, we have a wonderful sunny room, where we can sit on a warm day with all doors and windows open, letting in the air, light and keeping the bugs at bay. Or we can sit there on a cool day, with all the light streaming through and as much fresh air as we want. We've installed a heater which makes being in there even more cosy.

We are completely satisfied with the entire process: consultation, design and installation. And this has become our favourite room!

Boulevard by MCM has served us with professionalism, efficiency & class. We have had great experiences with each of their staff from start to finish. The windows look absolutely amazing. The installers were polite & worked with great care and detail. We highly recommend this company as we couldn't have asked for anything more.
