The designer at the beginning helped us choose a very nice colour scheme. Good quality workmanship, however the contractors were behind on proposed schedule and timeline, despite the great weather conditions they had to work in. The job site was left somewhat messy throughout construction. That all being said, we are happy with the house and window and door installations and they look very good!

We had our roof, eaves, soffits, and windows replaced in an older 1950's house and the project went very well. We had some specific requests and they were happy to ensure everything was completed as we wanted. From pre-sales to execution and cleanup they did a fantastic job - I won't hesitate to recommend their services to others!

I called Boulevard to enquire about new eaves troughs. After a thorough inspection was advised it wasn't necessary to replace. I then asked representative to check a leaking window. He advised the different types of windows and the ones that would suit my needs. I am aware and fully understanding what is involved in choosing windows. I am particular about buying Canadian. The rep, Maurice, was/is patient in explaining pros and cons. The installer, Jason, was very helpful too. They are very professional. Excellent customer service
Would recommend to anyone. The cost is very competitive. It is in fact less than a family paid. She wishes she had spoken to the folks at Boulevard first before replacing her windows.

It was a pleasure dealing with Maurice, who was able to accommodate our needs re the start-date of the project, and was easily contacted throughout the work project. Erik met with me for the final walk-through, also. The company is conscientious concerning the quality of their work and commitments.

From the first estimate with Maurice to completion of the work, everything went pretty smoothly. Mike and his crew were so polite and explained everything to me before they started. My siding was done on time and although I had a couple of hiccups, they came back to fix them within a couple weeks. The Eaves guy Jesse was super. He did my entire house in a day (2500 sq ft) He works alone so that is insane. My neighbours house is way smaller then mine and they had 2 guys working for a day and a half.
Very impressed with this company. Maurice makes sure that everything is done how you ask. They even went above and beyond to fix a few things that my original installer screwed up on. The clean up was impeccable. I'm sure they even picked up the screws and nails that Done Right roofing left behind.

I embarked on an exterior project back in the summer of 2013 to replace the eaves, downspouts, soffit and fascia on my 100 year old house and newly built shed that the previous owner didn't complete. From the beginning I was very impressed with the service and attention to details. When Vanessa come to do the quote she noted things that I had even noticed that should be taken care of and separately quoted those items if I choose to proceed with those items. I never felt pressured to do more than what I had original called them to quote.
There were a few challenges when dealing with a century home and everyone from the guys on site to John, Holly and Vanessa things were handled very professional and in a timely fashion. I was very impressed that John took the time out of his Saturday to stop by my house to see how the work was going and to discuss some solutions for the issues there were with the placement of the downspouts.

Highly recommended, we will use them again

Boulevard replaced the cedar siding on the South side of my house to match the existing siding. The south side was wrecked from 50 years of sun. The original siding on the rest of the house was still in good shape, so I just wanted to re-side the one wall. Some other highly rated companies wouldn't even give me a quote because the job was too small, or they had no experience with the old style Hiada Skirl cedar. Boulevard was able to do the job right away, and they did a great job. It matches the rest of the house and looks great.
