Mr Exterior Ltd

Doing a complete exterior renovation on my house and hired Mr Exterior to do a good portion of the work. A crew came out to install new soffits and facia. The crew did ok but they were quite slow( 4 days) and there are a few small adjustments required. A week later I still had no eaves. Of course there was rain and my basement windows leaked as the window wells filled up. Called the owner as I do not understand why we were left with no eaves for so long. She claimed that a different crew was responsible for this job. The next morning a crew came and installed the eaves, but no downspouts. We needed to carry on to the roofing job and the owner was very hard to contact. When she was reached she claimed to be "To busy doing estimates to schedule our work" Are you serious!!!! After many attempts we gave up and hired another company to do the roofing. We have made many more attempts to get in touch with the owner but our calls are screened and we are given many excuses why no one can come to the phone. Strikes me as a bit odd. Find someone else people. May be a bit more money, but well worth it to go with someone more reliable.

Best pricing and quote was professional and detailed (other companies we contacted just seemed to throw out a number). Work was completed ahead of schedule, and good quality workmanship and materials. We had a small issue to correct (our fault not theirs) and they sent the crew back a day later no questions asked. Would definitely recommend.

The work crew showed up on time and completed the work, including clean up, in a very timely manner. The quote is exactly what we paid. No pressure to purchase products we did not need
The only issue we had was after the fact when we tried to get a service call. After many emails, a date and time was scheduled but no one showed up or notified that they were not coming. Finally, a second date and time was set (2 months after Mr. Exterior was originally notified of the problem) and the issue was looked at and hopefully rectified (no rain yet to see if the problem has been fixed.

After our 2nd experience with this company, we decided to downgrade this rating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Mr. Exterior showed up right on schedule and did a great job replacing all troughs and downspouts. They billed me exactly what was quoted and didn't try to sell me any services that I didn't need. Great job guys, thanks.

Best pricing and great service. Provided two job references done in our area to check out. Quote was very thorough and gave extra information on materials and options available. Must pay cash or cheque, no credit card payments. Very happy customer.
