Lux was very thorough at every step of the process, starting with the salesperson, who was very informative but not pushy. They sent Jeremy, the installer around to re-measure everything and set a date for the install. They called to confirm the install.
Jeremy and his crew went above and beyond with the installation. Their care and attention to detail was fantastic.

Had 12 windows done, 2 doors, and a patio door. Went with oak for the casings and they sent them ahead of time so I could stain. For the windows it was triple pane with the easy clean coating and the tint that blocks the sun.

There were quite a few communication errors and after install there were definitely some issues. But I understand that in order to have such a good price with such a quality product you do a more quick install and clean up with the service crew.

The service crew is outstanding. In the end you have exactly the quality product you want with zero flaws. The only issue I see that is if you had to book time off work for the service visits you might be a little upset. Twice they sent the wrong glass to fix issues. It wasn't an issue for me as I was home anyways and in the end all my problems were resolved to perfection, but others might have different circumstances.

Issues I had were marks on doors and frame, one door didn't close smoothly so deadbolt was difficult to turn, patio door was rubbing and made clunking sound, cracked vinyl on patio, blemish on middle pane on window, missing part in door hinge, defect on window handle, and gap in black sealant on outside of a few windows. So quite a few issues, but they were all dealt with until I was completely satisfied. Stuff happens, but the important part is how a company deals with it, and Lux is excellent in this regard.

Our windows and beautiful new front door look absolutely amazing and we couldn’t be happier. It’s a great feeling to work with professionals who are experts at what they do! Fantastic job everyone!

We decided to upgrade most of our windows after I noticed that our front bay window needed placement. We visited 5 windows Replacement Companies and after a long decision process we decided to go with Lux and I am glad we did. Besides having a minor order discrepancy the windows look absolutely great . The two installers named Ian and Brett did a phenomenal job installing the windows . Ian and Brett are very knowledgeable and passionate in what they do consequently their workmanship is excellent. I am thinking of replacing 4 more windows and 2 doors in the near future and I will be definitely be requesting the same installers to do the job. Great job Lux for having Ian and Brett on your team!!

The whole process was very easy and the professional staff did a fantastic job all the way along.

We got two windows changed: the main bedroom and the kitchen. Being our old windows engineered , we were a bit worried about how that was going to be in practice. Everything looks great so far. House already feels warmer!
The staff were very nice, polite, professional and efficient. They left the house the same way they found it, plus nicer windows.

Had 7 windows installed by Lux Windows . Went to the showroom and had help picking the right units for our house.

The salesperson was very pleasant and the installation went well ,the installer was excellent and cleaned up after the job was finished.

All in all a very good experience with no stress and I would recommend Lux windows without any hesitation.

We ordered & had a single patio door installed. The staff we dealt with were professional & knowledgeable. Our installer John was faced with challenges-older home he remained professional & helpful. He left our place so clean you would’t know we just had a door installed. Will use Lux again!

Had 4 windows created and installed by Lux. Both sets of orders where handled by Jackie. She is amazing at her customer service and ran us through all our options. I will say Lux had a faster quote/initial visit then other competitors we had out. On both installs the people out were professional and handled install with no issue. One of the installs was in a difficult place and the man who did it was able to get it done with no problems or cut corners. I would highly recommend Lux to anyone looking to get windows, local product by local people.

I would like to thank Laurie Korchinski, Branch Manager, for his time to make sure that their glazing team completed this project in a timely manner and that the finishing will be made right to our satisfaction. Am happy with new windows and would definitely recommend Lux.

Glazers are the worst!!! Look at the damage they did to my brand new frame by installing glass on the inside!!!
Then one piece of glass, weighing 230 lbs had a flaw, really you dont have any quality checks in place?!? and the glazers broke one of the windows either on install or on delivery and installed??? if it werent for my great contractor they would have left without saying anything.
Then when they come to replace the two pieces of glass a month later!!!
They dont have enough guys to lift the 230lb piece of glass so who knows when they will be back. My contractor is an angel having to deal with all these delays and bull!!!!!!
