Joe and his crew did a quick job on removing a dead branch on a Norway Maple that was of concern to me as it sat right above the backyard fence and over our telephone wire. As well, I worried it could possibly come down in a strong wind potentially damaging furniture on either side of the fence. Great job and great relief! Thank you!

The Heritage team was very, very good. I had multiple trees that needed pruning. They were knowledgeable regarding trees, they were efficient and managed very quickly. And they also did a great job cleaning up! They seemed to love the work. I would recommend them anytime!

Joe and his team were very professional, courteous, prompt, tidy and affordable. They worked diligently taking down our massive tree in a very small and confined backyard space. I would gladly use them again and recommend them for all your tree needs!

So..July long weekend and kitty decides to climb the big tree and not come down for 24 hours. Apparently cats don't have calendars to know it's a big holiday. I emailed and left messages with the two companies that advertise cat rescue, Heritage being one. I also emailed a few others, then started calling arborists (17 calls) As it was the long weekend and probably the nicest weather we've had in a long time, no one would do it or was not available. I was getting a little worried as I could hear kitty meowing louder and louder. Heritage called me back and couldn't have been nicer. He gave me the price up front and said that Alex, the one who would be doing the rescue would call me within 1/2 an hour so we could arrange everything directly. It was about 20 minutes and I got the call. Alex explained he was on the island and would catch a ferry, drive to get his gear and come over and get the cat. He also called again, just to check in with me, just before he left from picking up his gear. The cat rescue was "magical". But I want to stress that I was more impressed with the people that I spoke with and how they wanted to get the job done. They were professional and just nice to deal with. And honestly who wants to leave the island, on the most beautiful day, drive through the city and climb a tree to get a cat out of a tree on a long weekend? And be pleasant about it. I would recommend Heritage Tree highly on their professionalism and straight talk.

We wanted some service on a large, backyard tree. Joseph assessed the job thoroughly, gave good advice and suggested some additional work on our hedges. His crew arrived the next day and did the work carefully. The end of the job was rushed, so I was not able to fully review the work at that time. After a couple of days, I contacted Joseph about a few details I would still like to have taken care of. A small crew showed up and took care of those details in a pleasant and prompt manner to ensure complete satisfaction.

Heritage Tree Care removed two large maple trees from our small Bloor West Village backyard. One of our main concerns was the potential of damage to our house and adjacent houses given the limited space available. Joe and his friendly and highly professional team carried out the project without a single hitch. We also appreciated how they cleaned up at the end of each day. Great job.

Joseph and John are a great crew, polite, responsive, and came to the rescue. My drone got stuck in a tree 30m above and they acted fast, showed up right on time and did the job professionally with minimal impact to the drone (and the tree). Thank you guys!
