Northwest Gas were very quick and professional in the installation of our gas furnace as well as our recently installed AC unit. The weather was not so great for our AC install and we fully expected to get a cancellation call. NO WAY the crew were at our home early morning, did a great job and did not leave anything that we needed to clean up. Extended warranty at a great price. During installation follow up by management was fantastic and post installation follow up was the same.We highly recommend Northwest Gas if you have furnace or a/c needs. had to be the coldest night of the year and my furnace stopped working, I could feel the air coming out of the vents but it was cold, it was around 10pm, phoned some local company's, Northwest Gas was the only one to phone me back, we set up a time , they showed up on time, repaired my furnace, and the charge of repair was reasonable, I will use them in the future

After moving into a new home my husband and I were in the market for an air conditioner and humidifier. We did not have them installed through our builder because of the rediculously high prices. We called Northwest Gas and they came within the week to install a quality air conditioner and humidifier at a great price. We have since referred Northwest Gas to our friends and family and they too have had excellent service at very reasonable prices.
