I asked Econoair (and one other) to provide a quote for a replacement ductless air conditioning unit in my house. They gave me an estimate over the phone, which was significantly lower and with a higher-rated brand than the other company. When they came to formally quote, the number was as expected, and they were available to install three days later. The only hiccup--and it was a small one--was that they ended up having to break drywall in order to undertake the job, something that could have been predicted before the work began. But having said that, they owned it and were apologetic. I think the best test of service is how someone deals with issues, and they dealt with it well. I have no hesitation recommending them, based on the work they did for me.

Second time working with Econoair. First time was for a ductless heat pump that drastically reduced our Toronto Hydro bills. This time, after we bought an older home, we needed a new furnace, new air conditioning, new water tank, new return vents, duct cleaning, thermostat, air purifier.

Bruce's team is reliable, courteous and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to work with them again.
