ServiceMaster did a great job at cleaning up the damage made from water leaking in our basement. They were courteous and thoroughly explained the work they were going to do and were patient in answering all my questions.

This was my first time having to deal with such a problem. Service Master was very efficient through every step and their agents and technicians were professional, courteous, kind and did the job well. In addition the technicians provided a learning experience for me by answering questions and sharing the benefits of their expertise while doing the job. They fulfilled every aspect of their responsibility to complete the job.

Workers were polite and helpful.
They did the job and left everything clean and tidy.

There was a fire in our neighbouring unit and service master began the clean up and removal the same day. They removed our floors and packed up all our belongings so quickly and cleanly.

Excellent service, extremly professional and got work done without any delays. Recommend to anyone interested in professional work.

But, they were sloppy, did not complete the work and created more damage.

They did not show up when promised, did not return calls and were not forthcoming when questioned.

Employees at all levels at ServiceMaster of Markham are consistent in their lack of accountability, concern.

Professionals show up when promised and complete the work required. And when they are unable, they provide reasons in a timely manner, offer compensation and return to do their job.

I have written many wonderful reviews about great companies.

It is not a pleasure to live through, or to write, this one.

after a horrendous flood of our basement we required content removal tear out drying sanitization and rebuild The staff were amazing. Admin staff always one step ahead of the game and the on site staff were hard working courteous and anyways accomodating

The service technicians were on time and delivered the replacement in an efficient and professional manner, with utmost courtesy.
We would like to commend Gillian Smith for her support as she ensured the whole process was to delivered on a timely schedule and followed up on quality.
