Tommy came out to look at my project, and right from the moment he arrived I knew I had found the right company. He went through all the different siding options made a few recommendations on colors, after receiving our quote we decided to proceed with Edmunds. Three weeks later Tommy and his team showed up and work tirelessly through both heat and rain to get my job completed. The work was done perfectly, with carrying and attention to details. First met Steve in May and first impression was extremely positive. He did not try and over sell, he just it simple and explained what as home owner needed to know to make a decision. The other beat part, it was a local company.

We discussed different types and finally settled on the Iko dynasty the hardest part is choosing a colour. Very happy with the type and colour.
The crew are arrived Late June and from start to finish was very professional and friendly. Their work is top grade and the new roof is absolutely amazing.

Our home recently replaced eight (8) windows (brick to brick) completed on time and within budget. The professional team of Kevin and James from Edmunds Home Improvements did an amazing job installing our new windows (casements, awning, fixed) and discarding 25+ old windows/shutters. Definitely would recommend the company and installers.

Edmunds started the new roof on a Tuesday , June 18, and finished the following day--- just before one of the worst thunderstorms I have ever witnessed in 32 years of living in Unionville/Markham ----- and, the roof looks great!

Administrator was always very efficient and replies to my enquiries very quickly.

The workers were all friendly, hard working and accommodating.

I've had previous positive interactions with staff and have been very satisfied with the quality of their work.

I wanted to replace the existing eavestroughs and downspouts for the entire house with new 5" eaves that included built-in leaf guard screens. It was all done in a day and Tommy and his crew did a great job. They were very professional and I would certainly recommend Edmunds.

The Edmunds team including Mark (the leader) and Joe, delivered a level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellence unequalled by any firm I have hired in 30 plus years of home ownership. For example, at the end of each day, tomorrow's materials left on site were organized and the job site completely cleaned. Although the work required hundreds of nails and we never found a single discarded nail on the ground after cleanup. The attention to detail included integrating existing doors, windows, light fixtures, exhaust vents to match the new siding. I've included some photos of details I cannot imagine being delivered by another firm/another team (photos attached). I commend and enthusiastically recommend Edmunds and Mark's team.

Good planning, good work, fair price. I can recommend 100%. Crew works late hours to get the job done when weather is of the essence.
