Titan did a great job mitigating the damaged to a portion of our home with water and on the work on the subsequent restoration.

Basement flooded due to extensive rain events from August of 2022. I had gone through insurance and Titan construction was the contractor that was picked to complete the project. Communication was clear when they were arriving at the house, they were very clean and organized with the renovations. Immediately after the flood they came over and set fans up so the basement could dry out. The final product was professionally done and looks very good.

The crew and all people involved in the restoration of our home did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. We were very happy with how quickly they responded to our damage and how efficient the supervisor and workers all were.

We had a flooded basement that affected 3 rooms. Our Insurance company recommended Titan Construction in Edmonton and we are glad they did. Titan was extremely quick about getting on site to tackle the issues, remove all water damaged flooring and underlay and set up a fan system and dehumidifier to dry things up. They kept the different trades coming keeping the project going. Very punctual, courteous and respectful of our needs right through to the end. Great company to work with! We would highly recommend their services.

We had a kitchen fire shortly after moving into our new home. Titan Construction was one of the companies that bid for the job and we couldnt be happier with their service. Dale is a fantastic project manager and is very easy to work with. For example, we had some questions for him and instead of going back and forth via text, he turned around on the highway and came to speak with us in person. If we ever need emergency services again I will instruct my insurance company to call Titan. Well likely call on them to finish our basement bathroom in the near future. Couldnt recommend them more highly!

The water line to the outside tap was leaking and totally saturated the insulation and drywall one one wall in a basement room. Titan responded very quickly and set up fans and a dehumidifier to dry the wall. Once it was dry the wall and insulation were removed. In a couple of weeks Titan set out a technician who completed the necessary repairs. I cant say enough about how professional the technician was and his work was exceptional. I couldnt be happier with the end results.

There was a small fire at our premises and Titan fixed everything BETTER than it started.

A water leak from a garburator caused extensive damage including hardwood floor and cupboard involvement. Our insurance company suggested Titan Construction as the company for rebuild. We have been very pleased with the service provided. Every trade that entered our home was top-notch. They have been efficient, knowledgable, polite, creative with unexpected challenges and timely. We are unequivocal in recommending their professional services to anyone.

While Titan was doing our insurance rebuild, we contracted privately with them to do $3000.00 worth of other upgrades in our home unrelated to insurance claim. We were that certain of the quality of work they delivered .
