Michael was attentive to the issue and his dog Radar very well trained. Both very respectful around entering our house and while looking around.

After speaking with two pest control companies who said "it sounds like bed bugs," Michael surprised me by suggesting some alternatives. He actually tried to convince me not to hire him for an inspection, but I was too anxious and needed the reassurance. During the inspection Michael showed me live (encased) bed bugs & demonstrated his dog finding them hidden in multiple locations. It was really neat to see! When no bed bugs were found he provided information on possible alternatives and ways to test it out. I hesitated on hiring him because of the cost, but it was worth it for the peace of mind that it provided.

Michael and his dog Radar did an amazing job tracking bedbugs.. Wasn't happy that we had them, but was very impressed with Radars keen nose and skill!

Michael and Radar came by to do an inspection of my condo. They were both great to deal with. Michael was very helpful and they thankfully found no bed bugs. They also did a demonstration to show how effective Radar is at locating bed bugs. I would recommend them and will use their services again if I ever suspect I have bed bugs.

After returning from vacation and having a delayed reaction of multiple bed bug bites, I became overwhelmed with paranoia and fear that I may have brought the nasty pests back home with me. After tireless research, I decided my best course of action was to have a dog search done.

I spoke with Mike on the phone, who took the time to emphatically listen to my fears and concerns. He was patient, understanding - and best of all, humorous. When you've lost night after night of sleep in a state of overwhelming anxiousness mixed with regret, having someone who can make you laugh is a blessing.

Mike was very flexible and accommodating in scheduling me in. Mike arrived with his absolutely beautiful dog, Radar. I am terrified of larger dogs, but Radar was nothing short of an angel - absolutely gentle and kind. Mike and Radar conducted an extensive search of my condo apartment, and as they did this, I waited in the kitchen praying that the news would be good. As they completed their search, Mike assured me that Radar found nothing. He even showed me a safe demonstration as to Radar's unique talent in accurately detecting bed bugs. He was even kind and patient enough to check through items I brought in from the balcony just to help alleviate my anxiety.

Mike is truly an intelligent individual with vast knowledge regarding bed bugs and pests, but more importantly to me, he is an individual who has genuine care and concern for his clients and their wellbeing - this isn't simply a business for him or a sale, but rather, a way of truly serving and helping others during an emotionally difficult time.

Before leaving, Mike gave me some wonderful tips as to how to best protect myself against bed bugs while at home and during future vacations. This was by far the best money I have spent to date - the peace of mind that Radar and Mike gave me is priceless. I am hopeful that I will not need to call the dynamic duo anytime soon due to a scare, however, I will definitely be using their service again when I decide to purchase a new property just to ensure that I am not buying something I did not bargain for! I'm still in touch with Mike, who is always willing to help provide advice in any way he can. Truly, an amazing person!!! A million times, thank you Mike and Radar - you two truly are the best. Purity Pest Control came with its lovely and highly skilled dog, Radar, to inspect our family's 6 suitcases plus carry-on luggage following our return from holidays in the Caribbean. We are well aware that detecting bed bugs PRIOR to their entry into our home is a much less costly and time-consuming ordeal than once they enter. Fortunately we had left our luggage in our garage, as Radar detected the scent of bed bugs in one of our six suitcases, and we quickly isolated it and treated the entire contents with all proper precautions, to eliminate any potential bed bugs.
