Kitchen sink wouldnt drain sent a technician out. He worked on the sink and when he left the sink was draining within 4 or 5 days later sink was plugged again. The sent someone else out to look at drain. When the second person left kitchen sink was drain well and havent had issue since. But now they have charged us twice even though it was a few days later. Not right! Obviously the problem wasnt resolved the first time. We paid the second bill which was more because that technician fixed the problem.. but now they have put us in collections. DO NOT use this company they dont seem to want to warranty their work even though they say they do. Out for the cash grab.

This company is very disorganized. Although I called in looking for a plumber they were unavailable for the period I needed them and then without an appointment showed up one day, when I had found someone else, and still charged me $130 for their time and travel to show up without an appointment. When I tried to address the matter with them they were rude and attacked me. This company has no integrity and clearly can not earn money in an honest way and needs to manipulate to make money.

I have had the need for various plumbing services from minor to major. I had Byron's out on 3 separate occasions in 3 separate houses and they are now my Go-To service organisation. In each situation, they were timely, cost-effective, and demonstrated deep knowledge that saved me time and money which equals low aggravation, and that's what I paid for.

Use this company about 5x a year before my rental properties. Never again after the cost to put in a new faucet. Never felt so ripped off. Bad customer service.

DO NOT do business with these guys. I had a basic service done on my furnace and the service tech left a hot wire, which bypassed the thermostat, connected to the furnace. The house was scheduled to sit empty for a month, but for a lucky chance visit 2 days later, it would not have been discovered. The temperature was 55 degrees Celsius and climbing! The potential damage was enormous - but Garnett steadfastly stood by his position that "accidents happen" and I should be thankful that they "honoured the warranty" during weekend hours. Catastrophe avoided by pure luck and to be given the "accidents happen" story as the only recourse, is not customer service.

Our family had recently employed BRYON’S PLUMBING - CALGARY to install a very complicated two boilers/hot water/in-floor heating and garage air-flow heating in their home in Springbank, Calgary. The installation was superbly completed with great care.

In our home in Cochrane, we were in need of a new hot-water system and the need to reconfigure home water during our times in summer and winter when we were away. We wanted the outside sprinkler system to function in the summer, the in-floor heating to be separately controlled at all times and to be able to safely shut-off in-house water when required.

Bryon’s Plumbing provided us with a high-efficiency Bosch, wall-mounted boiler, extensive copper fittings and piping and proper venting to the outside. Appropriate water plumbing within our home was also completed. Bryon’s Plumbing provided careful overall planning of the project, selection of a quality boiler and pumps, well designed and completed copper work and excellent re-planning of our water delivery to fulfil our home needs.

The installation of this intricate system was most efficient, careful and was of superior workmanship. The care and attention to provide us with an advanced hot-water system, basement in-floor heating and simple control of our inside/outside water needs for all season was outstanding.

Pricey, had to have plumber back but nothing he could do. I paid for that visit and would have appreciated it if they would have reviewed issue on phone to avoid extra charge.

I havent received the invoice yet but will be charged for travel time and 1/2 hour work. I had a leak from my fridge and assumed it would be the water line. But when STEVE from Byrons came out (and he arrived within 1/2 hr of me calling on the issue) not only did he help pull out my fridge but my stove as well as thats is where the water had gone.. He was professional and answered all my questions. The issue was solved quickly (I need a new fridge) but I would most certainly use them again on plumbing or furnace repair / replacement.

They installed a new hot water tank and hooked it up incorrectly. It leaked all over the basement and ruined my flooring. They refused to pay for the damage or come back and fix it. I would strongly recommend you do not use this company
